We love Panera back home in Myrtle Beach but unfortunately this Panera has about half the menu and half the customer service as the one we are used too. No kids menu here and lacking in selections like the New teriyaki chicken bowl (that we were hoping for)They forgot my Mac & Cheese that I ordered and this sorry excuse of a microwaved grilled cheese is awful, my toddler didn't even want it. And their receipts don't have prices so who knows what I actually paid for it to be able to request my money back.

At 7 am, it was closed. I waited 45 min, and two employees inside were eating and looking at me and other customers outside waiting to get in; they just pointed at us but didn't come to talk to us or open the door. Even the lady with the mobile order didn't get her coffee. Avoid this location like the plague. ?

If I could explain this Panera I'm one word would be ROUGH. Not like other panera experiences, was not well kept, only observed three people working there, many regular menu items not available. Place seemed desolate and that others knew not to come here. Uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
