Papa Johns Pizza

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I ordered delivery, it never came. Called the manager, waited over 31 minutes on hold until I finally realized no one was planning on answering. The manager was supposed to refund my cost and never returned the call back. Went in to order only to wait and then 15 minutes later have the guy at the counter tell us he made the wrong thing. While waiting another customer was there trying to get her delivery that never came and they were telling her that she would have to repay for another meal or hope the driver brings her food back. THE WORST papa John’s ever! I order papa John’s monthly at home but will never order again during our summer trip to HHI.

Ordered 5 pizzas, never showed up. Called location and no one ever picked up call!!!

I placed an order that didn't come until after 1am the next morning. I called back and it said they were closed. I didn't know that doordash delivers for them. From the time l placed the ordered it took 3 hours to receive it, which we were quoted about 1 1/2 hours top. Sooooo disappointed. I am on the prerecorded message as I type this. Been on hold for over 10 minutes. I will never order from them again.

Don’t order from them! You’ll never receive your delivery! We’re waiting on our refund now from DoorDash! Go to Dominos instead!

Absolutely the worst pizza location I have ever experienced in my 30 years of life. Ordered pizza for delivery 30 minutes ahead of time and the pizza never came. I tried calling 13 times while my wife tried 6. No one answered. Absolute scam. Will be talking to the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

The worst customer service you can imagine. The pizza is horrible and burnt!

Me and my coworkers order lunch from here from time to time. I've never been the one to pick up our order, but I've never heard any complaints about the food or service. My food was great. I had the buffalo wings and the jalapeno bites. The wings were perfectly sauced and actually kept the flavor to it. The jalapeno bites were cheesy with the jalapeno kick to it. Everything was delicious and satisfying.

I am a regular with Papa John's and I must say I appreciate and absolutely love the consistency of my food each time I order. I am extremely pleased especially each time Tyler prepares my food. It seems to never make it home without me eating a slice or taking a bite out of a wing before I make it home (:

Ordered Yesterday and today. Yesterday asked for well done wings and didn't get that. Today ordered extra cheese on a NY style pizza. For one didn't have extra cheese and another pizza well over cooked a little burnt and dry! Thanked the guy he didn't say anything.. he knew that pizza wasn't edible! I'm done with this pizza joint now!

Should have read the reviews before ordering the pizza. The crust was two inches wide on the top of the pizza. I ordered a medium pizza and the toppings were like a small pizza. Another way to save money at the customer expense!
