Papa Johns Pizza

The worst customer service you can imagine. The pizza is horrible and burnt!

Me and my coworkers order lunch from here from time to time. I've never been the one to pick up our order, but I've never heard any complaints about the food or service. My food was great. I had the buffalo wings and the jalapeno bites. The wings were perfectly sauced and actually kept the flavor to it. The jalapeno bites were cheesy with the jalapeno kick to it. Everything was delicious and satisfying.

Won’t cancel my order and Manager is behaving unprofessional!!!!!
My dad accidentally selected the wrong store , and Manager offered no help to resolve the issue

I am a regular with Papa John's and I must say I appreciate and absolutely love the consistency of my food each time I order. I am extremely pleased especially each time Tyler prepares my food. It seems to never make it home without me eating a slice or taking a bite out of a wing before I make it home (:

Ordered Extra Sauce and got No Sauce
the Box would Tasted Better than the Pizza !

Ordered Yesterday and today. Yesterday asked for well done wings and didn't get that. Today ordered extra cheese on a NY style pizza. For one didn't have extra cheese and another pizza well over cooked a little burnt and dry! Thanked the guy he didn't say anything.. he knew that pizza wasn't edible! I'm done with this pizza joint now!

Should have read the reviews before ordering the pizza. The crust was two inches wide on the top of the pizza. I ordered a medium pizza and the toppings were like a small pizza. Another way to save money at the customer expense!

Got charged for a delivery that was never received. Tried calling and speaking with a manager 3 times. Done wasting my time on vacation. Highly recommend nobody else wastes their time!

Ordered pizza at 930 didn’t receive my cold poorly put together pizza til my family was asleep after 11:30

We've ordered several times (both carry out and delivery) and we are always pleased. The food is always fresh and hot. The delivery driver was kind and we received it within an hour. The carry out rarely takes more than 20 minutes. No complaints here.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered cinnamon pull aparts and they were AT LEAST a day old. I called a spoke to the manager and without asking me for any of my information he said he would credit my account which was just a way for him to get off the phone. Very unprofessional. I will never order from here again.

Did not receive the signature garlic sauce nor the ranch ordered

Pizza was terrible. It literally only had toppings on one side and it was cooked until the crust was very hard. This Popa John's is horrible.
