Red Fish Restaurant

Good southern inspired seafood, reasonably priced. The kids menu has good options. The halibut was a bit overcooked. The scallops were perfect. The lobster and shrimp mac and cheese was good but lacked recognizable morsels of lobster or shrimp. The live pianist made for a lovely ambiance. Spectacular wine selection. The key lime pie and lava cake were the best part of the meal.

Wonderful as always. We continue to return year after year for at least one dinner during our stays on Hilton Head. The food is great and the desserts are the best. Try to carrot cake - or any cake - on the menu!

Everything was delicious. Was disappointed I could not add a protein to my salad to make that a meal without purchasing a separate entree.

Great first experience! Best thing we tasted was burrata caprese! Fired green tomato with burrata, pesto, balsamic reduction, fresh tomatoes, fresh spring mix. Devine!! We also had calamari, shrimp and lobster sandwich, roasted chicken. All amazing!!!!

Red Fish is consistently good, food delicious and wonderful cocktail and wine selection. We have never had a bad experience here!

Great food, service, piano accompaniment - all contributed to a memorable evening. We come to the island often but it had been awhile since we last visited Red Fish. Won't let that time passage happen again!

Room off to right is no fun, and air conditioners weren't working. Please never sit us there again. Thank you.

Our meal was very tasty, and the scallops were nicely prepared. Service by Jonathan was attentive, pleasant, and professional. Really enjoyed the meal and the evening.

This is one of our top three Island restaurants. Don't miss it. Try jazz musicals on Wednesday.

A bit overpriced for the value: The ambiance was nice. The server was pleasant and the atmosphere was pleasant. The shrimp and grits tasted delicious, however the portion was not very large. We also ordered the ribeye steak entree cooked medium well. I was not impressed with my steak's flavor nor tenderness, nor my house salad. The steak entree was just ok and the house salad was very similar to a bagged salad and bottle dressing from the grocery store. The experience was just ok, which is why I'd rate my visit as over priced for the value.

First time dining at Red Fish and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the service by Jen was top notch. Best crab cakes I had in a long while and my husband's ribeye was perfectly cooked. We will return.

Excellent restaurant! Food is so delicious we ate there twice during our vacation. Make sure you go when they have live music playing. Don't miss out on this fabulous restaurant!!
