Walk in and immediately greeted by pleasant hostesses. Wine walls were impressive in the bar lounge area. Sat at the bar for a drink before dinner. Buy the glass wine was surprisingly limited > most California (more choices for us that like the Australia, Argentina, Oregon varieties). We sat at a high top between the inside and outside! Best of both worlds! Kicked off the meal with a perfectly made Espresso Martini. Our waitress was also our bartender and knew how to mix a good drink!! Our starter was Blue Crab delicious! I had the seared scallops, they were outstanding. My husband had Grouper cooked perfectly. Nice pianist played and sang as we enjoyed this wonderful dinner! Must go back every time we are in HH!
Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate our seating so we could see the musicians play , as they are close friends of ours and we are traveling from out of town. Food was excellent as well as service and wait staff.

The Best Chilean Sea Bass I have ever had! My Dad has the Scallops. He likes them a little more well done. Of course, they were cooked to his liking. He said they were delicious! And what can you say about their Famous Lobster Mac n Cheese ... DELICIOUS!

We split a Delmonico steak. It was cooked to our order (medium) and my half was tender and juicy. Unfortunately my wife's side was gristley which didn't make her happy as she was the one that wanted steak. We informed our waitress and they took 10% off the bill. It turned out to be a great evening as we stayed and listened to the jazz group they had playing who were excellent.

We were greeted and seated right away at our reservation time. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made great recommendations. Food was fresh, well prepared and flavorful.

We sat on the outside patio, which was fantastic. Although the menu was amazing, we all ordered from the daily special list where we had some truly unique tastes put together. I would highly recommend a visit here. The inside part of the restaurant had several different rooms surrounded by many different wines you could choose from. It was a great layout and we had a great time overall.

My only complaint was that we were put at an awkward little table pushed up against a wall. There were plenty of better options. I thought about saying something but I don't want to always be “that person.” The hostesses, while pretty and sweet, seem to be inexperienced. But the food was great, as always, and the service was attentive and thoughtful.

Sat at a wonderful outdoor table under a sweet smelling jasmine vine, enjoyed delicious seafood meals (crab cakes and red snapper) and the attentive service of our hostess. The restaurant owner dropped by to welcome us and answer questions about his restaurant. A very pleasant experience and we will be back next year when we return to Hilton Head..

Those fried oysters!! Spectacular! I asked our server to help me decide between 2 entrees, she quickly selected the sea bass and it was wonderful. Service great, food great, the live music wasn't so loud that we couldn't enjoy conversation. Provided nice background.

Not sure if it the beautiful evening where ate outdoors or that I was hungry. Might have been the excellent service. The food was delicious Highly recommend their signature dish - sea bass. It was wonderful. Great enjoyable meal and evening. Will definitely eat their again
Stopped in for a couple of glasses of wine. Did not eat, but rated a 4 based on prior visits. They have a nice gluten free menu with excellent selections. Wedge salad is a favorite along with the shrimp and grits.Wine selection is outstanding. I decided to take a quick glance at the wine menu before walking around and viewing the wine not listed on the menu. I noticed a nice super tuscan, which I always enjoy along with the extra alcohol content.Service was excellent and we were checked on periodically.Enjoyed the wine and time well spent. Plan to return soon for dinner.Dietary restrictions: A gluten free menu is available with excellent itemsParking: Parking lot out front with plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: I have been with my niece and nephew many times, kids menu is available and good place to bring kids for dinner

After being owners on the island for 4 years, we finally went to Red Fish. It was awesome and is immediately a favorite. (Not sure why it took us so long to go). Wedge salad was fantastic. We had the Scallops (Mac & Cheese was awesome) and the Sea Bass. Both were great. We split the warm chocolate cake with cinnamon ice cream. So worth it. Service was outstanding ... the team worked so well together, very attentive. A must try!
I've been going to Red Fish for 20 years. We had not been in the last 7 years so we were skeptical if it was still as good. Well it was even better than we remembered. Any of the fish entrees will not disappoint. And the wine selection is great.
