A Thai restaurant that you must try in Hilton Head. I can tell you that it is like eating in Thailand. The food is delicious. You can choose the level of spiciness. There are vegans. The atmosphere is good. The waiters and the owner are very nice. There is a patio to sit and the atmosphere is good. Suitable for dinner with friends, couples, and families.

I strongly recommend you come and experience the best of flavor and southern hospitality all rolled up into one! We've already planned our next visit.

The owner is the loveliest woman, from the moment you enter until after you have left! Na (possibly misspelled) was so sweet, she welcomed us early due to a schedule glitch, we enjoyed the amazing food, and left happy! She took care of everything! Our children, even the picky one loved it so much we returned just days later! The 2nd visit did not disappoint either! They have amazing cucumber salad to go along with the best chicken satay we have ever had. We ordered two orders that next trip. In fact, Na saw to it everything was perfect. She even gave our girls some purple rice atop their white which made them smile so big! It also helps expose them to new foods so we appreciate that. You could really tell that the restaurant is a labour of love for her as she wants you to enjoy each visit. The welcoming atmosphere, healthy, and clean, makes it safe for me with dietary concerns! Everything was fresh and made to order and I had no complications after overindulging the first time and then upon return. Lastly, as I mentioned before she took so much care that even after leaving she phoned to explain she forgot the cucumber salad with the leftovers but we were more grateful for the entire experience we dis not return for it. We thanked her again for going above and beyond. We hope to see her in each subsequent visit to HHI. Try Relish, it is delish!

This restaurant is A1! Excellent customer service, excellent food presentation and excellent ambiance! Saving the best for last, the food was seriously delightful, full of various fresh flavors, served piping hot! The beverage was simple but interesting and refreshing, i. e., half/half sweet and unsweetened tea with the following fresh garnishments, orange slice, lemon slice, mint leaf and a cherry! This tea was the perfect balance of what a half/half sweet/unsweet tea should be, very refreshing, not sweet, not bitter! We ordered the shrimp with Thai fried rice, spring rolls and the shrimp and pineapple fried rice, all of which was yummy. We would definitely visit this restaurant again and again! The owner was very welcoming and friendly! It is obvious that this owner wants the dining experience to be enjoyed! ❤️

We dined at Relish last night. It was fantastic. We had pork dumplings, sweet and sour stir fry with flank steak and mango curry with chicken. All were wonderful. Hard to pick the best! This was our 2nd great experience. Will definitely return in the near future.

This restaurant was overpriced in my opinion. $25 for a curry? Wow. The peanut sauce that came with the summer rolls was very good. The Pad See Ew was average and needed more flavor/sauce. The red curry had green grapes in it...that was....unique. The server brought my husband the wrong curry and the wrong drink and even while he waited he wasn't comped for anything or offered anything for his trouble.
We had a great dinner at Relish Thai this evening. The food was delicious - pan seared dumplings, bang bang shrimp, tom kha gai soup, and pineapple curry chicken. Service was wonderful. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Had dinner at the new Relish last night. The Thai menu had classics but also some creative twists. I had a ginger stir fry with tempura shrimp. The shrimp was perfect; not heavy but light and delicious. Must finish with the mango sticky rice! The owner is on the floor and making sure everything is delivered perfectly. It was worth the 40 minute drive!

I love the new layout of the restaurant. I ordered three courses: Bang Bang Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, and the Mango Sticky Rice. Service was excellent. Was always prepared with refills and checked and see if I needed any other accommodations. I love the dishes displayed on their walls. Makes me want to order the other dishes when I come back!
