The chicken panang was really good. Probably the best I’ve ever had. The pad Thai was also very good. Highly recommend.

The owner both served and cooked for us and there was no noticeable difference in service or speed of our food coming out!
The food was delicious and it was no surprise after seeing how hospitable the owner was. She does it right and I will absolutely be back. This was the best Asian food I’ve tried since I lived in California and that’s including living near New York, DC, and Baltimore since then.

Excellent food! A real HHI gem. The proprietor is a kind and generous host . The food is fresh, vegetables are done to perfection, sauces don’t overpower, and the black rice topper on the jasmine rice was a nice surprise. Portions are large. Take home bags mean you can eat leftovers the next day. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent dinner of whole red snapper in ginger sauce with muchrooms and other vegetables. We formerly ate at another Thai restaurant on Hilton Head Island, but prefer Relish's offerings and choices of wine.

The owner was our waitress and she was most pleasant answering all our questions about Gluten free options. We each ordered a different menu items and we were all pleased with our choices. The curry dishes were exceptional. We will definitely be back. Don't forget them for takeout as well!

Absolutely stellar meal. I had the crispy duck with red curry, and it was the best thing I've eaten in a restaurant in a while. The entire table enjoyed their meals, including the children. Definitely worth a visit, if you love Thai food or if you've been curious to try it.

Been here several times . Food is consistently good with fresh flavors and the spice level can be selected to your preference. The owner is almost always there to ensure consistency. She is very pleasant and eager to make the customer satisfied. Restaurant has developed a following here. So gets busy with take out sometimes but food is very much worth waiting for. The PHO broth is outstanding. Summer roll with shrimp another super dish with peanut dipping sauce.

Ordered takeout lunch on a weekday in August. The lady was very nice.
FOOD: Mixed Seafood Tom Yum soup with noodles — has very little ingredients (baby tomatoes and a couple of diced mushrooms)— granted it was asked without onions. It was very salty and unfortunately not edible enough 🙁; disappointed (let alone the cost of it; $32)
Chicken Satay — hard and dry; wish it was juicy. It was accompanied with very good peanut sauce, however.
Papaya Salad — very tasty accompanied with plenty of shrimp 👍🏽
Summer Rolls — good portion of it and was refreshing accompanied with very good peanut sauce (same one as the satay)

Relish Thai Cuisine is an absolute gem! The food was incredible — full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of vacationing. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the service — the owner herself was so sweet and welcoming, and she took excellent care of us throughout our meal. If you’re headed to Hilton Head, make sure this place is on your list. You won’t regret it!
