Our most recent visit wasn't as good as our visit in the summer. Maybe they changed cooks because all of the food tasted off. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines and none of the traditional Thai dishes hit the mark. The pan seared dumplings were good but they tasted like a Chinese dumpling. The tom ka gai soup was OK but it had red swirls in it which I usually don't see in this type of soup. The pad thai was OK but again something was off in the taste and the pineapple curry was blah. The Thai iced tea even had a funny taste. We also had a Chinese classic - Mongolian beef that was way too salty.

Had a lovely meal at Relish with the owner “Na” serving us authentic Thai dishes that were all delicious! I noticed that Pad Gaprao was not on the menu and she offered to make it for me without hesitation, and it came with a side of spicy Thai fish sauce that really made the dish come to life. The Thai ice tea was beautifully prepared and also had an ice cold Singha Thai beer. We ordered the Thai spring roll and also dumplings, and the wife ordered our favorite Drunken Noodles with chicken. Even had a nice Thai dessert called sticky mango rice, made with a coconut cream. Would recommend as a nice dinner, even has outdoor seating. Nice to have an authentic Thai restaurant in Hilton Head Island!

Small but delightful Thai restaurant. We had a late lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's not the over the top fine dining Thai meal but two steps above that typical Thai place.

The food was delicious and it was no surprise after seeing how hospitable the owner was. She does it right and I will absolutely be back. This was the best Asian food I’ve tried since I lived in California and that’s including living near New York, DC, and Baltimore since then.

Excellent food! A real HHI gem. The proprietor is a kind and generous host . The food is fresh, vegetables are done to perfection, sauces don’t overpower, and the black rice topper on the jasmine rice was a nice surprise. Portions are large. Take home bags mean you can eat leftovers the next day. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent dinner of whole red snapper in ginger sauce with muchrooms and other vegetables. We formerly ate at another Thai restaurant on Hilton Head Island, but prefer Relish's offerings and choices of wine.

The owner was our waitress and she was most pleasant answering all our questions about Gluten free options. We each ordered a different menu items and we were all pleased with our choices. The curry dishes were exceptional. We will definitely be back. Don't forget them for takeout as well!

Absolutely stellar meal. I had the crispy duck with red curry, and it was the best thing I've eaten in a restaurant in a while. The entire table enjoyed their meals, including the children. Definitely worth a visit, if you love Thai food or if you've been curious to try it.

Been here several times . Food is consistently good with fresh flavors and the spice level can be selected to your preference. The owner is almost always there to ensure consistency. She is very pleasant and eager to make the customer satisfied. Restaurant has developed a following here. So gets busy with take out sometimes but food is very much worth waiting for. The PHO broth is outstanding. Summer roll with shrimp another super dish with peanut dipping sauce.
