Skull Creek Boathouse

Wonderful!!! Absolutely Wonderful!! The food, the service, the atmosphere , the scenery. Skull Creek Boathouse has it all. The grilled lobster with corn on the cob and steamed red potatoes is the best.

This is our favorite place to eat on the island! Great food with good variety, staff is awesome and the views are amazing!

Our entire group of 10 developed food poisoning HOURS after eating dinner there. Our best guess was the peel in eat shrimp. This was icing on the cake after receiving horrible service-over 45 minutes waiting for food, food was incorrect, and no one refilled our waters the entire stay. I’m not usually one to write a poor review but if I can save another family the nightmare we’ve experienced the past few days, it was worth the post. Do better Boathouse.

We were there for Thanksgiving, and the dinner was fantastic, and the service could not be beat. Will be back!

Hands down one of the worst meals I've ever had. Under cooked crunchy rice, cold vegetables, lukewarm scallops, overcooked shrimp that were like rubber, and the stuffed flounder was cold. Price point of 36 dollars for 3 scallops, 3 shrimp (not jumbo), the stuffed flounder and a deviled crab was overpriced as well. The service was ok and they did take the meal off the bill especially once a manager tasted the rice from the back and agreed it was not suitable. The fried pickles were amazing though. Overall I would not recommend or go back when there are plenty of other seafood places around.

Our server Tammy was great. She was friendly and efficient and adjusted our order when there was a minor issue. Kept our drinks filled and checked back with us multiple times to make sure everything was OK. Great view of the docks.
