Skull Creek Dockside

A wonderful, scenic setting with good food and great service. A “go to” spot on the island.

Great service and good was prepared well. We had fried local shrimp and east coast flounder. We indulged in dessert and had the apple bread pudding (seasonal) and it was the best we've had.

Ashley took great care of us during our outdoor dining. We had shrimp casino, beef brisket, ravioli special and the meat loaf. All were excellent! Ended the dinner with a delicious piece of key lime pie. Highly recommend this restaurant for the food, service and the atmosphere.

Had a great meal with a beautiful view from the patio. Service was also great. We will definitely be back.

The filet mignon casino was tough, grisly and very disappointing. The crab cakes were tasteless and burned.

This was our first meal in Hilton Head on our most recent trip. We were hungry when we arrived. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Our server David was on the ball. Our food came out quickly and it wax hot and hit the spot! We shared fried shrimp and clams. We also had the tuna stack. It was disappointing. The avocado wasn't ripe and the tuna seemed mushy. The shrimp and clams more than made up for the tuna stack.

We had a very nice early dining experience. Great table great waiter and very good dinner at a reasonable price. The ambiance was perfect, manager dropped by to make sure we were happy and we loved the view. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks Dockside!

We had a filet mignon that was very good and vegetables with farro risotto that was fantastic. Service was good . At 8 pm the restaurant was still full ( great ! ) but very noisy. The location is beautiful . Excellent price /quality ratio.

Good food, mediocre service. We were late into the evening. I ordered decaf coffee. It was bad and must have been in the pot for hours. I asked for some fresh brew. Waiter refused to make more as they were soon to close. I understand the conundrum he faced. How about a single cup brewer for these late night coffee drinkers?

Great food and service. We had a beautiful view of the water from our table on the outside patio. Very enjoyable and relaxing evening.

The food was VERY good and presented nicely! We had reservations and were seated right away. The waiter was prompt and we received our order quickly. It was relatively quiet and a busy restaurant with nice views from everywhere, indoor or outdoor.

Great evening celebrating our anniversary. Mikey was our server. He was very attentive and made good recommendations. Good sense of humor too. We enjoyed him. The food was very good. Oysters were delicious. BBQ platter was delicious and the Lowcountry Boil was outstanding. Definitely order the tuna deviled eggs - fantastic! Great evening and we will definitely return!

Great evening location. The food and service was very good. We go here often, and setting outside on the patio makes it so enjoyable.

Our waitress was very quick. She checked back on us when we needed her Food was great We watched the sunset on the water and sky . It was amazing The manager checked with us twice to make sure the evening was special
