My husband and I found this place purely by accident. We are truly glad we did! Their juices are out of this world. Everything is fresh. The menu tells you exactly what the juices will do for your body so you can make an informed choice. We weren't in a hurry, so we got to visit with Karla, too. She was such a breath of fresh air! This will definitely be a must visit on our HHI vacations!

Really great! The service and the quality of food were exceptional! The place is cozy, and we felt welcome as so as we arrived.If visiting for the first time, or if you're from outta town, it can be a little difficult to find. It's between 5 Guys and a Starbucks, right next to a GreatClips. I'd also recommend taking the "high road" if it's s an option to avoid a left turn on a busy road.Enjoy!

I had a great experience. I was looking for a shop that offered fresh and nourishing drinks. I stumbled upon Smooth. They have many options that help boost your metabolism, gut health, and overall wellness. Check them out!
What a great way to start the day! My daughter and I needed a quick healthy something to get us going while in HHI for vacation. This was perfect.Upon entering we were greeted right away. As we were deciding, a couple of other customers came in and they must have been regulars so the servers knew their orders and were asking about their families. The staff was very friendly with us and made us feel welcome as well.We decided what we wanted then placed our order. Next, we noticed the fun vintage games all across the counter. We, of course, had to play the Rock'em Sock'em Robots. The daughter won - just in time for us to pick up our order. She ordered the #1 Açaí Bowl and I got the Espresso Smoothie. We found a table outside to enjoy them. She really like the Açaí bowl. My Espresso Smoothie was really delicious. The blend of the chocolate, banana and peanut butter with the hint of espresso was just absolutely spot on delicious!

We ordered acai bowls and they were the worst we've ever had. Half of the base was ice and I had an ice chunk in every bite, the granola had raisins in it that you couldn't chew, the acai was a powder, and the strawberries on top tasted like they were from a pie filling can. He also licked his finger while making it in front of us. Our friends got smoothies and they were decent. Delisheyo across the street is much better.

Me and my five girl friends went to Smooth for acai bowls! We loved the food but loved Carla even more! Need to visit this place when you’re in Hilton Head!

Very disappointed with the customer service. Treated poorly and spoken to in a demeaning way especially since I had allergy related questions. Also we found a piece of wire in one of the smoothies!!! Unacceptable.
