Absolutely delicious baked goods…the chocolate chip cookie is huge and insanely good. Bought French bread, cinnamon rolls made with their croissant dough and a couple of scones. Definitely will return!

Wow! If you are a vegan in the south you know just how hard it is to not only find vegan food, but to find really good vegan food. This is it guys! They had several options that sounded delicious but we chose a sandwich that was on homemade focaccia bread that had crispy fried eggplant, mushrooms, hummus and other yummy veggies. My husband and I both found the sandwich delicious! We also snagged a beautiful big loaf of sourdough bread to take home. It was a lovely place to eat, with great atmosphere, but we chose to take our food to go to the beach. It added a lot of joy to our day. We will be back for sure!

I stopped in Forsyth Park to see tables set up with the best looking bread and pastries. I walked up to a very friendly woman named Alana who described each loaf of bread in great detail. She was the friendliest woman in the park, and the bread she sold us was outstanding. Will be back soon.

had the French toast was very good. was there with a friend. wish we would have known how much food it was going to be we could have shared. It came with a little fresh fruit cup that was very tasty. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Your drinks are also self serve. They have indoor and outdoor seating. You can also buy fresh baked bread as well.
I really enjoyed the soup and salad. Everything was fresh. I bought a freshly baked, hot out of the oven, loaf of whole grain bread and it was one of the best breads I have ever eaten. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll too! It was flaky and not too sweet: Just perfect! I can’t wait to go back for pizza. The best meal I have had on HHI! The people are amazing too, super friendly. I loved the vibe.
What a fantastic place. Warm and welcoming and the owner Kim was so friendly and helpful. We had the special tortilla soup and the falafel salad! So fresh and full of wonderful flavors We’re going back tomorrow!

So glad we found this place! My wife has a “gluten” sensitivity, but it’s actually the enriched and bleached bras that makes her sick. At Sprout Momma she can eat everything without getting sick! The croissant sandwich she got was amazing and the Cubano sandwich I got was probably the best I’ve ever had. We took some pastries to go, and anticipate they will be second to none as well. If you’re in the HHI area stop in for some amazing baked goods and sandwiches. You won’t be sorry you did.

I can't say enough Great things about Sprout Mamas! Our church ladies visit them for lunch during our Annual Women's retreat every year. They have the BEST food, friendliest staff and the perfect atmosphere for a well enjoyed lunch! Can't wait to go back next year and hopefully years to come!
