Terrible experience! I ordered two iced coffees. Three people were working— well, mostly talking. I waited ten minutes for one iced coffee. After a minute I asked about the second— she mumbled something. I asked again later— she said she never “heard” us order it. We left with only one drink. The workers were distracted and even the manager was doing random tasks, like putting stickers on the counter, instead of making drinks and keeping the workers on task. Very bad service and the drink wasn’t good either.

Took about 20 min for two drinks, both of which were wrong. Mine had double the syrup I asked for & both the drinks were the wrong size. This island has zero good coffee shops, but this one is by far the worst

For reference of the picture, my hair is not black. I found this long hair inside my drink and I am so utterly disgusted that I spent $7 on a drink to not even be able to drink it. We waited for 2 drinks to be remade and some of ours look nothing alike although we ordered the same exact thing. So sad that I can’t enjoy my breakfast.

Made a big mistake today by thinking the Kroger Starbucks could make my drink after vowing I would never come back 3 years ago. Will spare all the details but bought my caramel machioto and left with no drink. They are rude, arrogant and just not nice, even when customers try hard to be nice. Never again!!

Super disappointing. Always out of everything, staff was on their phone the ENTIRE time while a LINE of customers were waiting for their drinks, and then to top it off, they don't make the drink correctly. Disappointing for sure. Go to the drive thru one on the other side of the parking lot!
