What a great team! Truly impressed with their swiftness and professionalism. In the midst of a crazy busy Saturday morning rush, they remained calm and courteous while dealing with disgruntled customers.
While vacationing in the area, my family and I went to Kroger’s to do some shopping and stumbled upon this Starbucks. This establishment is pretty small, but conveniently located inside the grocery store. The cashier provided exceptional customer service and the frappe I ordered was delicious. This is a great spot to do your grocery shopping and take care of your caffeine needs at the same time.
We visited this shop a couple of times and it was very slow every time - whether it was morning or afternoon, weekday or weekend, doesn't seem to make a difference. Perhaps they are understaffed all the time for better profitability, but the customer service is suffering.
