Experience at the Hilton Head Savannah location before the gate checkin was horrible. The coffee was cold. When told about it she said join the line to pay for another one. Worst Experience!!!! She was also very racist and said “oh well too bad” when I said it wasn’t fair. I walked away very disappointed. She should not be working there serving customers.

Service was horrible. Drinks were made incorrectly and we were told we had to buy another to have them made correct. Barista poured part of the drink (shaken espresso) out to make room for cold foam. Do not recommend this Starbucks. Management needs to put there employees in check.

I think either Starbucks needs to start paying their employees more or staffing better. The service at this particular Starbucks involved, rude, baristas, and drinks that were not prepared properly. I often that the baristas are eager to want their tips upfront, but don’t deliver on proper drinks on the back end after the tips already given.

We placed a mobile order which showed a 5-7 wait time. We arrived and there was a huge line so as 4 minutes had already passed the line added 5 minutes anyways so not like the timing was an issue. We got in line and the lady was talking very impatiently and told us we need to wait in the parking lot. No parking spots left us awkwardly circling the parking lot and it was just a weird experience. Been to over a hundred starbucks and never was asked to sit in the parking lot while they make our drinks. Just weird staff.

Recommended, staff fast with orders -Jimmy Jon's fast!!! Atmosphere the best if your kinda into your own space with no stares.
Vegetarian options: Not the largest selection but very accurate!
Parking: Easy to access and always an available spot.
Kid-friendliness: No jagged door opening, wide entrance and front space.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door entrance.
