Lady behind counter was calling someone and was very unprofessional. They ran out of milk or something because they didn’t serve me or the last 4 people that went up to the counter. I believe the lady behind the counter just didn’t want to work. Wouldn’t recommend coming here when that lady is working. Happened April 3rd 2024 at 3pm.

Ordered multiple hot drinks.Asked Barista which drinks were which as they were not marked. Was responded to that they look different and one is lighter in color.While that may be so, the tea was for someone allergic to coffee- so it was important to actually know.When I responded there was an allergy involved, she rolled her eyes and laughed.While it may be ridiculous in her mind, marking a cup with the beverage is helpful and the response was unwarranted.I love Starbucks and generally have excellent service- skip this one.

Coffee and croissants were great! We went right when she opened and she was pleasant and helpful. We didn't have to wait at all. I wish we could get starbucks rewards here.

It’s convenient because it’s in the grocery store. But they are literally always out of stock of everything and change their hours all the time. They don’t even have drink carriers. If you can go to the stand alone Starbucks down the street.

The reason I love Starbucks coffee is the consistency. My coffee order is without fail delicious regardless of the location. The HHI Starbucks is conveniently located at the center of the island and is easily accessible. The employees are always friendly, courteous, professional and swift to fill orders.

Hours were “confirmed one week ago” by google. When we went in and browsed the menu for 3+ minutes the lady was rude when we went to order. She said they were closed and the hours were changed to 7pm instead of 8pm. It would be simple to say that when we walked up to order instead of letting us wait around on her.
Giving 2 because normally it's okay but today whoah. Yall have a newer employee who needs to learn customer service. I let it go the first few times but today I just want my coffee and I have to listen to her talking about how much she doesnt want to be here as she flings my drinks at me. They dont taste right and when I asked her if the dirty chai had a shot (because i watched her make it and she never even went near the espresso) her response is it's a dirty chai. Disgusting customer service. Honestly I'll just be going back to my coffee from home because this isnt worth it.

Love love love HT. It is hard to believe they are owned by Kruger. Staff is friendly and selections are good. Wish their Starbucks stayed open longer than 7pm. That would be another star. If you work and shop at night this is a let down.

Rude employee who was on her phone, had a sign up that said the barista was away but she was clearly just sitting at the register. Then I saw a second sign BEHIND that sign that said their coffee maker is broken and there is no coffee. How about a sign on the door or something? Wouldn’t have been so bad if she wasn’t annoying and rude.
