First off let me say. I’ve been coming here for years. This morning I decided to go grab my regular cold brew & danish before my workout. I went through the drive through and let me tell you that the individual that was on the other end of the mic taking orders was so obnoxious & unprofessional, it’s almost like they didn’t want to be there so they just woke up and brought their issues to work with them. They had no customer service ethic whatsoever & As someone who is a fellow small business owner, I am VERY disappointed in this place. I understand that everyone is fighting their own internal battles these days, but please learn to separate your work life from your personal life. Things like this will drive away long term customers like myself. I will not be coming back.

I have been going in here for over a year. The staff is usually a delight and we enjoy going there. Today was a different story. I have an autistic daughter with adhd and pda, we had set up a table outside, and went inside to order, she was excited about her pink cake pop, and had taken her shoes off and climbed on a sofa. I was almost done ordering when the lady taken the order yelled at her to put her shoes back on. I understand about her shoes, and I tried to politely tell her that I would handle it, you cannot raise your voice or talk in the tone she was using to an autistic child, her shoes were off due to sensory issues, she takes them off a lot, its a common thing, the lady at the counter got meaner, and said that I needed to learn to control my child, obviously she has no idea about kids with disabilities, I told her to cancel my order, I wont be going back. I will drive a little further down the street where we will be treated with a bit more patience and understanding. Its a shame too because there are some really great people working there.

Every time I visit this location, Paola, Ally & Leah are so friendly and remember my order every time. And, it is always perfect. Great customer service and very welcoming. This is definitely our favorite Starbucks on the island.

Went early this AM with my dad. We were served by a very kind gentleman. He mentioned he had recently started working there. One of the best customer service interactions I have had at a Starbucks. My drink was perfect. Thanks for a great experience!

I think I have THE most difficult drink order for our batista! THE staff is truly amazing...they see me on screen and instantly know my order, as well as how to correctly pronounce my name. From the first cup in the morning to the last at night, they're all great! Chloe, Allison, Alondra, Ally, Paola, Zeke, Don, Clem, and the rest of the vital crew are just truly a highlight in my day!

Excellent

Ordered a super basic drink (Vanilla sweet cream nitro), the barista messed it up 3 times in a row and I gave up. I never got the right order. Also took 20 minutes.
