Stu's Surf Side

Stu's has to be one of the best sandwiches on HHI and Bluffton. They bake their own bread and the sandwiches are huge. For 12-14$ you can get a loaded footlong sandwich. Free pepperconis and cherry peppers are a nice touch. Try the Calibogue or the sweet chicken hot sub are excellent. I highly recommend Stu's for lunch if you're in Coligny Plaza.

This amazing restaurant is an absolute must for us every time we visit Hilton Head. We travel the country in our RV and their Italian sub (The Jedi) is truly the best Italian sub anywhere. They freshly bake their sub rolls every morning and they are fantastic. The subs are PACKED with meat and toppings and made quickly with care. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is a cool beach vibe mixed with sports memorabilia. We could not recommend this place more.

Delicious sub and wrap sandwiches! We had the blt wrap, the islander (pictured), the beach club, and the Jedi sub. They were all great! I split sub and even half was too much to eat. The bread is delicious and fresh! Quick service and we had it to go, but there are a few places to sit inside.

The food was delicious! And the sub and salad were massive! Fresh ingredients, chicken salad was great! The house made tomato basil dressing was worth the trip!

Recommended by a friend that was just in town - Well done. We split a club (#12) sandwich large for 2. Would def return. Employees are extremely kind. Outdoor and indoor seating.

We ate at Stu's three times on our vacation and must say, this time was a little disappointed with the bread, 2 times it was not like the usual bread, not fluffy, no flavor, soggy. Talked to the fella behind the cash register when ordering the 3rd time for a sandwich for the trip home and it was perfect. We agreed that it must have been a batch of bread not proofed correctly. The 3rd sandwich was super, STU's IS BACK. Been going to Stu's on vacation for years and love this place.

Nice deli shop. Outdoor and indoor seating. Beer selection was ok in cans . Sandwiches were delicious and there were very generous with meat and toppings. Definitely recommend.

Currently closed. Just a note on the door saying they would be open on the 9th, but they were not. Of course the song said Wednesday Sept. 9th, and the 9th is a Tuesday.

Fat boy sub was very good, stacked with meat. Potato salad was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean restaurant.
