Served hot. Lean, shaved pastrami loaded with sauerkraut, provolone cheese, and then smothered with dijon mustard. (Sure to fake the wind out of your sail.)

A mound of black forest ham with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and yummy mayonnaise. (just for Jim and share back in Chicago.)

Stu's has to be one of the best sandwiches on HHI and Bluffton. They bake their own bread and the sandwiches are huge. For 12-14$ you can get a loaded footlong sandwich. Free pepperconis and cherry peppers are a nice touch. Try the Calibogue or the sweet chicken hot sub are excellent. I highly recommend Stu's for lunch if you're in Coligny Plaza.

This amazing restaurant is an absolute must for us every time we visit Hilton Head. We travel the country in our RV and their Italian sub (The Jedi) is truly the best Italian sub anywhere. They freshly bake their sub rolls every morning and they are fantastic. The subs are PACKED with meat and toppings and made quickly with care. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is a cool beach vibe mixed with sports memorabilia. We could not recommend this place more.

Delicious sub and wrap sandwiches! We had the blt wrap, the islander (pictured), the beach club, and the Jedi sub. They were all great! I split sub and even half was too much to eat. The bread is delicious and fresh! Quick service and we had it to go, but there are a few places to sit inside.
