This is the cleanest subway I've ever been in. The guy who made my sandwiches was really friendly and the food was good.

Made an online order and the sandwich wasn’t made right. Asked for provolone cheese and tomatoes on the sub. When I got home and opened it no cheese at all no tomatoes… you can’t go on the website to contact customer service now, when you try it says site unavailable,

Last 3 times I’ve ordered my sandwich online they have messed it up. It was completely drenched in Mustard, didn’t even order it with it. This last time my Sandwich was just completely inedible.

Horrible customer service. Rang order up wrong and then said they couldn’t do a refund. Didn’t care and wouldn’t do anything to make it better. Probably the worst customer service I’ve encountered.

On this past Friday I tried to order on the app and they literally did not even say they were online yet until after 10am . So I could not use the app to order ahead when I got there the food looked like it did not been changed out from the night before. I almost walked out. It looks so bad. When I came in, and the place was completely empty they were too busy on their phones versus even greeting me. When I tried to use my coupon on my app, they said oh it won’t let me push the button so I didn’t even get to use my own coupon for rewards and had to pay a ridiculous amount of money. I went to go use the restroom before I left, but there’s too much toilet paper on the floor. Honestly, their attitude was terrible. They literally look like they hated being there. I will definitely be going to Jersey Mike’s from now on.

The two ladies were incompetent and rude, my order was incorrect, they weren’t listening to the customers and they were snappy. Go to the Jersey mikes nearby instead.

Don't come. The worker said online orders only. He's by himself and is so busy. Then proceeded to sit playing on his phone.
Got there 30 minutes before they surprisingly began closing at 6 only to have them locked their doors despite me placing a mobile order 20 minutes before I got there and paid online
Ordered 2 subs. This is the beast, supposed to be a 1/2lb of meat and 2x cheese. I think I got maybe 4 slices of meat total out of the 5 meats, I actually think less. Super pumped i spent 35 dollars on 2 bread rolls
