I arrived at 9:20 am and asked the employee if she could serve me and I was ignored. There was no other person inside the premises, only my son and I waited patiently to be attended to, which happened after 20 minutes of waiting, he began to serve us with a bad temper. He didn't show us the different types of ham or cheese or any product that we could add, he just told us what he wanted, we asked him to show us the different ingredients and he didn't want to do it, we decided after 25 minutes inside the premises to leave, very bad service, we love it the subway food but I do not recommend that you go there because you are going to have a bad time the service is very bad and the treatment that you are going to experience will make you feel the worst I will not return to this subway

My fiancé and I are in town for the weekend and we wanted a sub from subway . We arrived @9:30pm to 2 employees , all lights on and the door locked . You close @10pm . My fiancé went to the door to asked if they were closed and once worker looked and him and rudely shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I am NEVER the type to leave a bad review or anything like that but this is absurd . We have been traveling all day.If you are here in HHI, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I walked over from the Hilton hotel to get a sandwich at 9:30p. I got to the Subway at and the staff were inside, all the lights are on, but the door was locked. I asked what time do you close since the door sign said 10:00pm? They rudely said that we are closed Now! Looks like the staff closes the store early so they can start cleaning early, so they can go home earlier. Don’t come here in the evening. They are probably closed!

It was supposed to close at 10 pm, we arrived at 8.45. Both of them were not interested in serving. Chairs were on table as if it's closed.
Hygiene was not maintained, we had veg subway as we are vegetarian the gloves were changed, later when he was making non vegetarian he used same gloves to pick veggies and meat. Knife he was using same.

Terrible service had me wait for over an hour for my order never gave any effort

Ordered online at 8:40 pm, paid with CC and arrived at 8:50 to find the store closed !! Lights on, nobody around??? Tried calling on the phone/ no answer ! Even though the sign on the door has the hours as 9am to 19 PM.Tried calling the next day at 9am, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45 still no answer!! I got through at 10:15 and was told by the manager that they closed early because they didn’t have enough staff!! Also that she couldn’t do anything about my charges for the sandwiches I never got, she said “that they have nothing to do with the online orders but make the sandwiches” and to take it up with my bank!! Also this is my second written complaint and haven’t heard back from anyone at Subway!!

Manager Janeika was rude and dismissiveWe are seniors and couldn't read the increments from the menu on the wall.When I asked for help, no one was interested in helping. Will never go back..

Never made it to the counter to order food. Started in men's room first to wash up. No hand soap, empty. Done, See ya! So that means male employees aren't washing their hands!! Nasty!

The employees didn't seem to care if they helped you when you came in.

The sandwich “artist” could not follow instructions but her bad attitude was spot on! She didn’t even put all the right toppings on. ☹️??I don’t plan on returning; horrible experience.

I went there @8:11pm and as yall can see “they close” @10 but instead they just sat there and eat instead of giving the service!! Im pregnant and yall women know the cravings hit really bad?

Every time I go in, they are so kind and my order has been perfect. Best Subway!
