Never made it to the counter to order food. Started in men's room first to wash up. No hand soap, empty. Done, See ya! So that means male employees aren't washing their hands!! Nasty!

HORRIBLE!!! Went through drive thru. Sat at window for many minutes while staff looked at me. A very rude large woman opened the window and said my order was a BLT. I ordered a chicken sub. Asked the woman if she could ring the correct order at the register. She said no and told me to drive around the building again. I asked once more, are you sure you can't just ring it up at the register and she slammed the window shut. This woman has no business in the service industry.

I'm really glad to see this store finally staffed appropriately. The food was fine, a bit sloppily made, uneven meat and toppings, and actually the wrong size... But it's fine. Everything is fine. It tasted alright and didn't bother my stomach. It was busy and the staff was pretty efficient. There is no provision for maintaining safety space in line, so if you still worry about COVID you might prefer the drive thru.
