This place is a Hidden Gem lived here 8 years this was my first dinner there the view is beautiful we had four for dinner three of us had the New York strip steak it was great the three of us enjoyed it the fourth person had the Maui Maui it was also awesome would recommend this place to anyone please check it out it was awesome

Everything was going great, good food, excellent service then just before we going to order dessert the Hostess came over and said she needed our table. We had been there just over one hour. I asked if she was kidding to which she replied this is a restaurant not a park! We asked for the check ,the waitress offered us free dessert as she was embarrassed ,and said we could stay as long as we wanted. We declined the dessert.The hostess came back to apologize but we decided to leave. A shame how one employee can ruin an otherwise wonderful meal.

What a great waterfront dining experience! I highly recommend the Halibut special with a Thai sweetMango glaze, the Braised Lamb Shank, and the Beef Short Ribs. For starters both the black bean soup and the Kale salad were excellent. The service was excellent. It's a small place so you want to make reservations - its worth it! They're on the water with a marina there so there's great views everywhere inside. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!

This continues to be one of thee best and one of our favorite (if not fav) restaurants on HHI. The quality of food, service and views are as good as anywhere I live and travel to on this big rock! Service was excellent as always this evening (thank you Stacy). D

The salmon Benedict was not only beautifully plated , a masterpiece , eggs were perfect and the whole plate was very filling & tasteful . The wait staff was outstanding , very attentive , helpful & super professional . This place is a true hidden gem ! Quaint, quiet, beautiful views , quality food .

The squash ravioli was wonderful -- nice light butter sauce with sausage and kale. Great service, lovely setting. But when I asked for some bread to scoop up the last of the sauce, NO BREAD. What respectable restaurant doesn't have bread??? They said bread fills folks up -- so they don't want to order dessert....well I kinda think that decision is up to your patrons???Needless to say, we didn't order desert. It was the difference between a good meal and a great meal. Sorry Sunset, you lost me at NO BREAD....
