The French Bakery & European Cuisine

This place is amazing!!! Our waiter Nick, was fabulous! Our family of 10 went twice in a week and everyone loved everything we got. Food was fresh and delicious and our waiter was attentive, friendly and caring. The crepes are delicious and the bread was so good and fresh we got loaves to go to enjoy at home. The coffee was exactly what we all needed. We can’t recommend this restaurant enough and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Nick and the French Bakery!

One of our favorites. We both had the Croque Madame One with a side salad which had a wonderful balsamic dressing, and the other fries. It's a lot of food, and we could have definitely split one between us. Hubby had a sake bloody mary which he enjoyed, and I had a peach Bellini. This is a HHI staple for us, we will definitely be back.

We went on a busy Sunday and had a good breakfast. I loved my berry crepe, lots of berry sauce and good crepe. I wanted more after too. They have specialized coffee and their espresso is great. My family had a good meal too. Staff was nice too. We even got pastries after too. Please go check this breakfast place out.

Went to pick up pastries for breakfast. Had seen reviews but never been before. Queues for tables seemed long, the queue for the takeaway pastries was around 20 minutes but well worth the wait tastewise. Was quite expensive at $8 for chocolate croissant (they didn’t know it as pain au chocolate). Will go again but not too often.

got charged for a disgusting bloody Mary, I didn't drink, food sucked ,service sucked drinks suck. good job!

Tasty food, with good portions, I had a lavender latte, I love it, everyone is so kind and friendly. Coconut macaroon is delicious too. I’ll be coming back.

The food was amazing as usual. I had the Nutella crepes and the strawberries were perfect. The cappuccino was great and Nick's froth game was on point. My wife had her usual french toast with bacon and again it was very good. That brings me to the service. Our server, Nick, was incredible. We were super impressed with his professionalism and his attentiveness. We had a wonderful conversation with him about travel and food and fireworks and I felt like I had known him for years. Nick is a keeper!!!! HIGHLY recommend.

We visit HHI often and never miss a time or two at The French Bakery! Coffee, espresso, pastries, salads, any entree is consistently excellent. Service is polite and attentive.

Had a lovely omelette and coffee. Staff was friendly and efficient; delicious food was delivered timely. Will definitely go back when in SC.

Amazing food and drinks! The service is incredible and usually very quick. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and truly enjoyable. It’s a great place to work, meet with friends/family, or just grab a coffee alone at the bar. Love it!

Change your hours listed. They actually close at 2 and not 3 as shown. Arrived at 1:45 and we were denied table service. Had we known about the seasonal hours we would have come earlier.
