I love that everything made at this small, family run business is homemade. They always have the best suggestions without being pushy on purchasing products. I have used the Elderberry Elixir and multiple tinctures for years.

This is the place you want to go if you want to heal and fix things naturally. I did the juice cleanse and never felt better and they were actually delish. April is so knowledgeable and has a tincture or balm for dang near any problem if not all. Her tinctures taste great and work, From colds to fatty liver the herb is the word.

We visited twice in one week during their posted business hours, but they were closed both times with no explanation posted.

Three days ago, my son‘s ear was plugged after swimming in the pool. Due to the flooding on the island, we were unable to identify some help for his discomfort.

As soon as we could all move around again, I called the Herb Room. She asked me a couple of questions about his ear, which I answered. Less than an hour later we picked up a tincture of oil. In literally three hours, his ear was better!

I was also able to purchase two candles for ear candling - quick and easy - which I also applied.

This was a peaceful and easy experience, and I know it was much more helpful than waiting around at most Urgent Cares, and then chasing a medication that may or may not have worked.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! We stopped at this store in Hilton Head from out of town at 2:25PM and they closed at 3PM. We arrived and the door was locked so I called and was told by the woman on the phone that she had to step out and there was a woman there that would be out in about 3 mins if I wanted to wait. I proceeded to walk over to the window and saw a woman sitting behind the desk so I told the woman on the phone that there’s a woman behind the desk right now! The woman on the phone said she would text her so I hung up stood there waiting for the woman to unlock the door so I could purchase some tinctures. The woman sat there for a few then got up and went into the back and never opened the door!!! Very horrible experience and not the way to run a business! So we left and went down the road where they wanted to take our money!

Visited this store while in Hilton Head from out of town. The Owner was very helpful and knowledgable in addition to taking time to discuss the fish with my son while I got tinctures. Answered all my questions and gave me some helpful advice on how to take the tinctures.

Call before going , we got there and the store was closed( said it was open online) Called later and were told they might close early. The store is very dark inside not much of a selection and super high prices for the quality of product. Wouldn’t be going back

They make their own elderberry elixir! It is delicious and effective. Wouldn't be without it especially during cold and flu season.

I have been going to the Herb room for my elderberry and several other tinctures for over 5 years. I cannot tell you how wonderful this business is and how much I receive terrific advice over the years. I’m totally off three blood pressure medications (with my doctors approval) and that’s been about four years. My blood pressure is stable and consistent and I want to add that at no time was I told these herbal products would “cure” anything. They only recommended what I’ve taken. I have gotten several people to start with their products and not one has ever complained - only told me all the benefits they receive physically from them.

Always accommodating and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and the atmosphere was nice. A lot of interesting products. Able to buy individual herbs a rare find.

It smells so good when you walk in. I have been using these products for years and recommend to friends often. They are my go to for all things natural. The Elderberry Elixir is one of my favs!
