The milkshakes and ice cream at this place is amazing! The staff was incredibly respectful and patient with our little ones being indecisive! Highly recommend!
Stopped there twice on our vacation last week and always enjoy the flavors, servings, and consistency. Keep up the good work and see you in the Spring. Would recommend.

Employees aren't nice or helpful here. I won't go back and stand in line.

Fantastic selection and excellent ice cream! Portions are generous. Very happy with everything about The Ice Cream Cone.
I would like to say that I and my family had a wonderful experience. The staff was trying to handle a long line right before closing time and I witnessed them handle a very rude party with nothing but kindness. The large group didn't want to move down the line to accommodate other patrons, got mad when there was a charge for using a credit card (which was posted and if you're worried about a 3% charge then Hilton Head probably isn't the place for you), and was rude about wanting a receipt upon paying. The staff did great under such said circumstances and I wanted to commend them. We loved the huge selection of ice cream flavors, kind and speedy service.

We got the sea turtle truffle, which has caramel swirls and chocolate pieces. It was so yummy! Great customer service, so many flavors to choose from, and a couple lactose free options.
The place to get ice cream on the island! The staff is fantastic and so is the ice cream. My son loved all the cow art, he also couldn’t get enough of the aliens!
