I would like to say that I and my family had a wonderful experience. The staff was trying to handle a long line right before closing time and I witnessed them handle a very rude party with nothing but kindness. The large group didn't want to move down the line to accommodate other patrons, got mad when there was a charge for using a credit card (which was posted and if you're worried about a 3% charge then Hilton Head probably isn't the place for you), and was rude...
We got the sea turtle truffle, which has caramel swirls and chocolate pieces. It was so yummy! Great customer service, so many flavors to choose from, and a couple lactose free options.
The Ice Cream Cone is pure happiness in a waffle cone! The staff are as sweet as the ice cream. There are endless flavors of ice cream and yummy toppings to satisfy any sweet tooth.
