The Lobster Bar

We had a reservation for 14 and walked into... nothing. No guests, no staff in sight — we had to call out to see if anyone even worked there. Eventually, a sweet young girl (maybe 18?) showed up, and we're pretty sure she was the hostess, bartender, server and chef. We ordered drinks, sipped them, then decided to cut our losses. Paid for appetizers that never even arrived. Total bust. Save your night — skip this place.

Great location and view of Celebration Park. Great menu and the outdoor seating was shaded and comfortable even in the hot weather.

The lobster rolls were excellent! The restaurant was decorated nicely. However, the service was terrible! We were one of only three tables occupied in the restaurant. It took more than 15 minutes to get our drink order. When our food arrived, it was all cold. It was difficult getting drink refills. There was no follow up after food was brought. We had to go to the bar to pay our bill since they didn't bring it to us.

We had a delicious meal this evening with our family! The restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Would not eat here again. Food was sub par at best.

We had a huge party of about 40  and they were very accommodating. Our food was amazing and the bartender did a great job keeping up with all of us.

Like previous reviews, if the place is empty when you arrive during a peak tourist weekend, take that as a sign and leave. Went for the fish and chips and also tried the lobster roll. Food wasn’t bad, but portions were very small for the price. Lobster roll was mostly bread for $42! Waitress was super sweet and doing her best but the owner was also there and he was extremely rude. Especially considering we were the only customers. How you treat your paying customers speaks volumes and this guy needs a lesson in customer service. Such a shame because the place has a great location and cool vibe and could be so much more.

Place would have been nice.....but there was no one working. A lady came out and said she would be right back and we'll...she never came back. Very large group of people probably 15 of us all waiting to get sat with reservations with not a single person sitting or eating. Let's just say everyone left.

While trying to make a reservation they would pick up the ohh e and immediately hang up. Obviously they do not want new visit. Don't try to make a reservation here.

Absolutely terrible food! Clearly understaffed. Waited for 10 minutes before being acknowledged at the host stand. 3 groups ahead of me just gave up and walked out. This should have been my cue to leave. Pricing seemed reasonable but the food was not good. Don’t waste your time or money.

We arrived an hour early and they easily accommodated us. The only person working on this second floor restaurant was the bartender who appeared angry with everyone. The appetizer's were excellent. The lobster rolls were awful. The meat was overcooked and rubbery. If he had only checked on us a couple of times and the lobster rolls were better we would go back. Go for the appetizers and go elsewhere for dinner.

The bartender tonight was so unbelievably rude it ruined our entire experience. I get it, short staffed, heritage weekend. But it was completely empty when we walked in, asked us for reservation then tried to turn us away, we rebutted, ate and left before another guest came in. He was horrible and was drinking behind the bar. I will never recommend this bald rude bearded bartender and will not return again. I shouldn’t have to beg to eat at an empty bar and get rude service. Food was made well.

Food was amazing, service was good. It was very quiet in there and our server said it doesn't get very busy there. Not sure why, we got lobster rolls and it had SO much meat in it. Worth the price. Definitely should stop in there if you get the chance.
