In all fairness, we were there in late September, which is definitely a shoulder season for Hilton Head. We were very excited about going, but got there and literally one table was taken. Another couple walked in with us and then turned around and walked out because the place was entirely empty. There was only one server/bartender and he is doing the best he could but had never bartended before. The place had a lot of potential, but it was not what we were expecting. 
Stopped here with my husband for a few quick drinks because we love to sit by the big open window and chill. We went right when they opened during the week after Labor Day and there was only one other person there. Our server was nice and attentive. I got a Chardonnay and he got a beer. We decided we should grab a bite while we were there and each got a classic lobster roll. We both thought the roll was fantastic!
I came here with a group of 8 (family friends with 3 little ones). It was difficult to find the location, because we didn't know it was on the second level and there were no noticeable signs outside. We became skeptical when we walked in and realized there were no other customers in the restaurant; but because we didn't want to wait any longer with hungry little kids, we decided to take a seat.
