The Market Cafe is a great spot for a casual Italian dinner that is affordable. Small menu with great pizza and delicious pasta dishes. Friendly and professional service.

We are locals and the Market Cafe never disappoints! Outstanding food and staff!! Have never had a bad meal here! Always fresh and delicious. Cocktails are well made and a large selection of wines too.

Great spot that serves high quality food at a reasonable price with great service. We had an awesome pizza, chicken parm and spegheyti with crab. All were great.

Casual way to experience fine dining. You are literally sitting in the market where you can buy carry out food to cook at home, so the atmosphere is quirky. My family of 4 loved all the entrees we tried and appetizers. Our server (Destiny) was excellent in explaining all the sauces and specials. We will definitely be back.

Everything was so delicious from our cocktails and wine, to dinner was fantastic. Our server is the best!!

This restaurant is a solid choice for VG Italian. Quaint ambiance and friendly service (albeit a bit slow). The ravioli are excellent and relatively light. Also enjoyed the Caprese salad.

Our waiter introduced himself and took our drink order. It took a while for our drinks to come and even longer for our appetizer. We never saw our waiter again until dinner was over and we had already paid for it.

I love the casual vibe of this place!!! Chose to celebrate my bday here. So many choices in addition to nightly specials. Italian wedge salad was so flavorful, if you like Gorgonzola. I had the crab spaghetti. The fresh pasta was amazing! Hubby had the baked ziti. Cannot wait to return!

The Market Cafe at Michael Anthony's is a HH Gem! The food is absolutely delicious and interestingly presented. My wife and I sat (and so should you) at one of two cozy high top tables. I almost feel I can guarantee your satisfaction. GO!

Bread was awesome, mista salad’s dressing had zero flavor. I had spaghetti with marinara sauce. The spaghetti was al dente? I thought it tasted undercooked. It was mixed in a hot pan with the sauce and that made it undercooked and starchy.

The food is always fabulous at the Market Cafe. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We always enjoy the experience.

A hidden gem! We love getting fresh pasta, sauces and other offerings to have on hand at home. Dinning in is fantastic as well.

Easily my favorite place to eat in Hilton Head, absolutely love the food here
