The Market Cafe at Michael Anthony's

Love the cozy feeling upon entering. The server was knowledgeable and engaging. He suggested favorites and was attentive. The food was delicious, portion sizes reasonable to generous. I had the spaghetti with crab which was light and satisfying. The wedge salad was amazing with a mix of blue cheese and balsamic. Definitely worth a return visit again and again!

Excellent restaurant, staff, and cuisine. Fir luch or dinner you will not be disappointed with their flavorful entrees. Cheers.

Almost dont want anyone to know how great this place is . Every time , every year , always fantastic . Ive never had a bad meal . We've had a variety of different dishes and desserts , don't miss the desserts . Really my favorite Resturant

Would liked to have a second glass of wine, but our waitress never returned after she took our order. She returned when we were ready to leave. Have always had good service so this was a bit disappointing

The service and food was outstanding! We are regular customers. Our table was ready for us when we arrived. We asked for the usual drinks and main course and added an appetizer. Our food was delivered in a timely sequence. The waiter and assistants were very cordial and expressed delight we were guests. All in all this evening was a most pleasant dining experience.

Enjoyed our lunch, service as usual was exceptional. Lunch special, roast beef sandwich recommended by our waitress was truly delicious.

Our group of 4 enjoyed the delicious authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was comfortable and very authentic. Our waiter, Gio, was very knowledgeable and attentive. We look forward to our return!

What a find! We wanted to eat Italian for lunch and made it just in time before the kitchen was closing. To start, the staff was very welcoming despite us walking in so late. We ordered a Cesar salad, vegetarian pizza, couple of seafood pastas and 2 desserts. Everything was phenomenal. So good that my wife made me bookmark this place so we can come back here on our next visit. The ambience is great, feels very authentic. The servers were very friendly and accommodated our vegetarian requests (for my parents). I wish them well and hope they continue to serve and thrive in Hilton head for a long time.

The Market Cafe is a great spot for a casual Italian dinner that is affordable. Small menu with great pizza and delicious pasta dishes. Friendly and professional service.

We are locals and the Market Cafe never disappoints! Outstanding food and staff!! Have never had a bad meal here! Always fresh and delicious. Cocktails are well made and a large selection of wines too.

Great spot that serves high quality food at a reasonable price with great service. We had an awesome pizza, chicken parm and spegheyti with crab. All were great.

Casual way to experience fine dining. You are literally sitting in the market where you can buy carry out food to cook at home, so the atmosphere is quirky. My family of 4 loved all the entrees we tried and appetizers. Our server (Destiny) was excellent in explaining all the sauces and specials. We will definitely be back.
