Connor was nice. Another was having a mental breakdown, cussing and throwing things, making loud noises. Need to address this guy or going to lose business.

Great service. Delicious banana chia smoothie. Loved the outdoor tables.

Came here on a Friday 4/18/25. Between the rudeness of the white guy and the extra super duper spicy sauce, they placed or the loud heavy metal playing in the background, I don't know which was worse. That I can't feel my tongue and my lips are on fire cause all they did was pour the sauce on the wrap or the bleeding of my ears from having listen to this crap music. Please fired this dude.

My office ordered from here everyday. More often than not our order is incorrect. Only one time I got a call back from the manager who was very unprofessional. Today the banana that comes as a side was missing along with the extra bananas I paid for with my bowl. The service between this location and Bluffton is night and day . Bluffton's location has only messed up an order once and the staff there made thing right. Unfortunately our office is on the island and can only get delivery from the island location.

On my lunch break a while ago and only two people working, I was standing in line for over 30 minutes I had to leave because my lunch break is up…POOR SERVICE!!!!

This place is amazing. It’s smoothies are great. I highly recommend the açai berry boost. It is really good as a tropical smoothie and I add some other ingredients that’s up to your choosing, but this place is great with frequent location so I highly recommend.

Smoothies are good, but they have no plant based options even though they have 3 signs in the store that advertise it.

Horrible atmosphere. The staff are too busy singing to the inappropriate music blasting to acknowledge and take care of their customers. Where is a manager and who is providing oversight at this location? Horrible!

Management (especially the guy in the blue shirt) was so extremely rude and harsh. My açaí bowl was literally thrown on to the counter after I was simply hoping for a good acai place. So rude.

I’m pretty sure it took 15 minutes to actually order. Then even longer for my smoothie to be made.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, but that could’ve been because they were so busy. Maybe you all should have people dedicated for smoothies and others for sandwiches and so on. Or maybe hire more staff. I’m not sure if I’d return.

Took my 2 girls and their friend yesterday for a late lunch and some smoothies. The place was lively and we got service right away! Our food was perfect and smoothies were yummy! We shared 2 wraps between us since it's a bit pricey to get wraps and smoothies for 4 people. I wish their smoothie came in a smaller size and they can make an affordable combo. Other than that, the restroom was clean and the trash was not overflowing like most places these days. Great experience! We sat outside which was nice in the shade.

The people that worked there weren’t friendly at all. Especially the Man with a beard at the cash register. No hi how are you. No thank you. No you can wait for your food here.. I don’t know if he had a bad day. But if I give a tip for takeaway I expect a little bit of kindness or a smile. He also touched my food then without gloves or washing his hands. No thanks!
