Horrible atmosphere. The staff are too busy singing to the inappropriate music blasting to acknowledge and take care of their customers. Where is a manager and who is providing oversight at this location? Horrible!

Management (especially the guy in the blue shirt) was so extremely rude and harsh. My açaí bowl was literally thrown on to the counter after I was simply hoping for a good acai place. So rude.

I’m pretty sure it took 15 minutes to actually order. Then even longer for my smoothie to be made.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, but that could’ve been because they were so busy. Maybe you all should have people dedicated for smoothies and others for sandwiches and so on. Or maybe hire more staff. I’m not sure if I’d return.

Took my 2 girls and their friend yesterday for a late lunch and some smoothies. The place was lively and we got service right away! Our food was perfect and smoothies were yummy! We shared 2 wraps between us since it's a bit pricey to get wraps and smoothies for 4 people. I wish their smoothie came in a smaller size and they can make an affordable combo. Other than that, the restroom was clean and the trash was not overflowing like most places these days. Great experience! We sat outside which was nice in the shade.

The people that worked there weren’t friendly at all. Especially the Man with a beard at the cash register. No hi how are you. No thank you. No you can wait for your food here.. I don’t know if he had a bad day. But if I give a tip for takeaway I expect a little bit of kindness or a smile. He also touched my food then without gloves or washing his hands. No thanks!

My grand daughter loves this place, so I surprised her after school with a trip to this business. The smoothies and our food were pretty good. But what bugged me was that we went to the counter and ordered our food, and during the payment process, it directed me to a tip payment. Personally, I am baffled. Why is the public being asked for a tip when we aren't being serviced at a table? It's self-service, not full service! So why is a tip necessary? Are you not paying your employees enough? If you want a tip, have tables with a server, and then I'll reconsider. You might say that no one pressured me into paying a tip. Ok, that's fair, but you're asking for a tip as part of the payment process with suggestions of how much on the screen. That just seems pushy.

The food and smoothies are very good and the atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. I can't remember her name but the girl with brown hair was extremely friendly and professional :) I'll definitely come again!

Some dude named kyle or something (he was bald and had a beard) was rude when i tried to order, giving customers dirty looks… other then that the facility appears to be clean so that’s good!

Best location in the area ! Either I’m ordering for pick up or delivery my food is ALWAYS hot and out fast! Friendly staff and always keeps it clean.
