I’m in town for work and happened upon Truffles Cafe and I’m so happy I did! I sat at the bar alone and Stephanie made me feel right at home on a busy Sunday! Food was fantastic and while a bit loud the atmosphere was nice as well! Bright, clean and comfortable!
Megan was amazing!!!!! She made great suggestions and even suggested that my husband order double crab cakes. She brought us extra bread and just had such a great personality and demeanor! Would definitely return and would ask for her!

Long time customer! Truffles has excellent food and even better service! Had dinner with my wife and daughter there last night... they were super-busy and struggled with our order (getting it out timely, and made an error). The manager (Amy)..... came over to deliver the food..... and made a special point of apologizing for the error, the challenges in delivery..... and noted our long-standing patronage. She then brought my daughter a huge brownie Sundae as a "gift". These little things (along with excellent food) matter.... and keep us coming back. Truffles is more like family!

Beautiful restaurant, Warm and inviting ambience very attentive service and delicious food at reasonable prices
This was a really great restaurant with great service and great food. The price point was really good too as we much preferred Truffles to other more expensive restaurants in the area.

Food is consistently delicious. But we're not ordering from there anymore sadly. We have to pay a $9 cash fee just to drive into Sea Pines to pick it up. Ridiculous. There are lots of other choices. Really disappointed.

Wow! Might be the best restaurant in Hilton Head Island right next to Hinoki Sushi! Our service was fantastic, and so was the food. It was such a great vibe in there, great lightning, and great menu selection. It wasn't too crowded. Also, amazing deserts!

Excellent service! The tuna wonton appetizer is hands down the best appetizer I have had. Entree choices are excellent and they always toss in a couple specials that are well done. Great atmosphere. . . . highly recommend Truffles for an excellent dining experience.

We had a very late lunch. Restaurant was extremely quiet but service was impeccable. Food for me was as a gluten free Cuban Sandwich, hubby had the Southwestern Wrap. Our food was perfect. We really enjoyed our quiet and intimate lunch. Oh and the house margarita and Rodney Strong Chardonnay was very good also. We highly recommend.
Dietary restrictions: They were very gracious to prepare my Cuban gluten free. And even ‘baked’ my French fries, to avoid cross contamination.

By far one of my most favorite restaurants on Hilton Head Island but ugh you have to pay $9 to get into Sea Pines. Food is great and service was superior.

We have been eating at truffles for over 10 years and the food is consistently great! We love the desserts especially and the bread basket. We went last night to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary and called prior to our reservation to ask them to bring our desserts with candles or writing. They did bring the desserts but failed to address the anniversary! Additionally the service was a little bizarre, our server was very kind but our food (and dessert) went to two other tables before coming to us. Additionally the people delivering our food reached around patrons at our table multiple times which I found to be a little awkward. Restaurant is uncomfortably cold.
Update: went 7/28 for a second dinner. Food is wonderful (especially the mango salmon), but skip the ribs, fries, and cold bread. Blondie brownie is great. Our server was kind but some dishes (4 dishes) remained at our table when our desserts came, and we tried to get the attention of multiple servers to clear them with no luck. This was disappointing as reaching over rib bones and shrimp tales did not set the tone. Servers continued to reach over patrons.
