We had the most incredible dining experience at Truffles tonight. My husband and I took our three young children in for an early dinner. We were promptly seated, brought high chairs , and greeted by our amazing server, Betsy, who took excellent care of us. We ordered the Tuna Wonton and Coconut Shrimp appetizers, both of which were divine. The Parmesan Chicken and Pasta New Orleans entrees were both outstanding. We had the best meal at truffles tonight!
The filet is one of the best on the island. The crabcakes were amazing also. Great service. Elegant atmosphere. And as a bonus, we spoke to Chip Michalove there... world famous great white shark fisherman. All around perfect night.

Been coming to Truffles for our “first night in Hilton Head” for 32 straight years and you never disappoint. The redfish fresh catch last night with the Mediterranean ‘salsa’ was outstanding. See you soon!
