This place is the coolest little place! Talk about being treated like family. We travel for work and have literally eaten food all over the globe. The garlic butter shrimp was excellent and our sides were also. The corn fritters are some of the best I have had. That’s still not the best part. Being greeted with a smile from folks that are actually happy to have customers is rare. The attention we were given and the atmosphere is rare. Some home town places still exist...
This is a must stop especially on Friday and Saturday for the turkey neck and lima beans and rice. Seriously so good ya’ll. We also had the fried shrimp, oysters, flounder, and fried okra. The wings were good too. Gwen was amazing and kind. Great cocktails too. Will be back!
