I use to eat here often because I work close by. The food is good but customer service is terrible. I sometimes prefer to use drive thru when I’m running late for work. Nobody has answered the phone in the past few months when I’ve tried to call in a drive thru order. Then when i go inside, nobody is in the line, one person behind the counter and everybody else are either outside or sitting in the dining area. I’m not going to take out my anger on the one person who is actually working while everybody else is milking the clock. My receipt has Dominik on it so hopefully he’ll get some recognition for his hard work.

Honestly felt like because I was white I wasn’t a priority to be served. The staff was extremely rude to me. Will not be back because of the customer service. There was not a line, I sat in the drive thru to pick up my order and was told they had to take care of their line that was non existent. They had one customer paying.

I’d much rather go to the Cedar Terris location than this one. Service is awful and I’m always rushed through my order like it’s an inconvenience to the ones taking it. Don’t even try calling in your order because they rarely pick up the phone.

I had to repeat my order 5 five times to three different people. A lot of staff maybe too many. focus on the paying customer is missing. We ordered three Ham and Cheese. Two on Sweet Wheat and added Pepperoni on one. The last one was to be toasted with just Mayo. Not a very difficult order but it was very difficult for them to grasp and make. Sandwiches were ok.
Vegetarian options: There are no meat options.
Parking: Located inside a Shell Gas station with plenty of parking.

We have been stopping by this location for 2 years and have not had any problems up until two weeks ago. Two weeks ago there was no one that could slice the meat so we left without ordering. They had a closed sign on the counter. Today we stop and both employees have attitudes. Throwing the meat around and not giving napkins or utensils for salads. Customer service was terrible. Mad because she had one of the orders wrong and was asked politely to redo it. No respect very rude. Need the old employees back as they were very friendly and helpful. They even knew what we were going to order.(Didn't even take the wrapper off the pepperoni)

Roast beef, Turkey & Ham on Wheat is an amazing sandwich. Bread & veggies are fresh. Nicely made sandwich. Two recent visits, very impressed. Would definitely recommend to others. Will return to this place. Price was okay as well aligned with other Sub restaurants.

Each time I’ve come to this Substation the ladies have been very nice and cordial. They work well together and I love their customer service. They keep the prep area clean and appear to care about the product they render to the customer. Keep up the good work. We don’t have a lot of food options in this area.

DO NOT EAT AT SUBSTATION!! I had a sub from there and got food poisoning!! They have mold on the slicer and they don’t clean the meat off when they slice the cheese!! The front staff workers are rude and the manger is rude as well!! PLEASE DONT EAT THERE THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!
