The food was delicious. The Fish was great, moist fish with a good blend of spices. Garlic naan was soft and well cooked. The taste of the gravy for Kadai Masala Chicken felt a bit catered towards american customers. I enjoyed the food overall.

Your food can’t be that spicy! I went there to enjoy but and up sweating. Chana Masala was Damm too spicy. So is everything else. Remember not every customer wants to eat spicy food. You got do redo you flavor in check. We won’t be back for sure.

I visited one of my relatives in charlotte and had a dinner at Aroma.
The bullet chicken and the fish were absolutely delicious.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Aroma Grill restaurant, South Carolina. I ordered Gobi Manchurian, clearly expecting a vegetarian dish, but I was served Chicken Manchurian instead. Unfortunately, I ate a piece by mistake before realizing it was chicken.

As someone who has been vegetarian my entire life, this was very upsetting. I do appreciate that the manager apologized and offered to take care of the bill, but this is a serious mistake, especially for customers with dietary, religious, or allergy-related restrictions.

I hope the restaurant puts better checks in place to clearly separate and identify vegetarian and non-vegetarian orders so this does not happen to anyone else.

Me and my girl friends went for lunch here. Order was gobi manchurian. But we get served chicken manchurian. My one friend is a hard core veg from birth. Never eaten eggs too. She had a bite and she was like it tastes funny, nothing like cauliflower. The other girl who eats meat , tasted and confirmed it was chicken. We called the manager Vinay. He took 10 minutes to come over (as the waiter tried her best to manage without calling manager). We were adamant. Manager came, apologized and mentioned the full bill will be on the house. We said thanks but what my friend who was very upset as this is against her religion and spiritual life. How can this be undone? How can a restaurant make such a terrible mistake? It's a blunder. The bill on the house doesn't make it right. Being an Indian restaurant, its shocking that they forgot the sentiments a Hindu vegetarian has.

It wasn't crowded. Service was bad, very slow. For 10 minutes nobody came to ask for drink or take our order. Clean up after we are done eating , we had to ask few times.
