Omw the girl there looks like she just came from the gym in your work clothes, waited 10min for ONE Bo'berry biscuit and the fries were cold and chicken was cold as well.
I went to the restaurant tonight around 7:40pm to order some dinner for my family. I tried to order a 12 piece meal with no breast because we don’t like them. I asked and the girl said that there wasn’t enough dark meat to make a 12 piece. She said that they would have to drop the chicken. I told her that I didn’t mind waiting and asked how long it would take. She said she didn’t know, so I asked her to please go check. She came back a few seconds later and told me that they were not going to drop any dark meat because they had too many breasts they needed to get rid of. If a customer is asking for something you offer, you make it for them. Needless to say, I didn’t order anything and will not be returning to that restaurant. No one was in the restaurant nor in line, so whomever came after, got old chicken.

Service is subpar. I truly dont think a mobile order should take 35 min when the restaurant is not busy. I felt sorry for the one female employee running the front line and drive thru window tonight. The other employees were hanging out in the back doing nothing. Just makes me laugh that they always want more money but are not willing to work for it. If you don't like the job, I get it, trust me. Go find a different job. I've worked fast food, too. I know it sucks.

Was very terrible never seen a place that don’t get busy for lunch now I know why because all of my food was burnt. I would not feed this to my dog or a bird outside starving.
