The gentleman working tbere was very nice, but there were only 2 employees were running the while place& keeping it cleaned & stocked. That was probably 2 or more short of a full staff. People were waiting inside, outside, doordash drivers, the works & no one seemed happy. People were demanding refunds & leaving right & left. Guess management figures its worth it to save a few dollars. Oh well.
I gave it a few chances and not great. They constantly run out of important menu item like chx & dirty rice. If they have what you want they always make you pull forward and wait another 5 to 10 minutes. The employees and restaurant are always very unclean or at least look sloppy and unclean. If you walk into a restaurant and the dining room area floor is covered with a layer of bread and grime you should take it as a sign to turn around and walk out. Wow. I have eaten at this Bojangles for 18 years. This morning I went and ordered a Cajun filet biscuit and small fry extra seasoning. While I still hate the stupid automated order taker, the food i received this morning was the best Bojangles I have ever eaten. Fresh, hot, cooked perfect.....Bravo Indian Land Bojangles!!
