The waiter was wonderful. We'd never been to this location and was hoping it was better than our last experience at a different location. Unfortunately my husband's burger was well on outside and raw in the middle. My chicken sandwich was not cooked properly either. My fries were cold and the manager tried to make it right but she said there was new kitchen staff. Still unacceptable for the food to be not prepared to correct temperature. Probably won't go back for a while. 2 different chili's and neither can cook the food properly. The table behind us had a similar issue. VERY DISSAPOINTED CHILI'S ✅️

First time visiting this particular Chilis as I live in Charlotte, NC.Our waiter Dre was the best. He was very attentive and made sure we felt welcomed. The food was great.Thank you Dre…. Because of you I’ll be back again.

This evening I wanted wings to watch the NCAA Women's Tournament tonight and didn't want to cook like I normally do so I decided to order Triple Platter. For the platter I ordered Southwestern Eggrolls, Big Mouth Bites, and Boneless-Honey Chipotle Wings. First issue, I couldn't check-in on the app for curbside. Then tried calling no one answered the phone, so went in to pick up my order. Get home no utensils as requested for my order. I was so hungry and got in right at start of game I ate the big mouth bites, however the bottom of the buns were hard. The southwestern eggrolls were soggy, the boneless wings were burnt and didn't taste like honey chipotle. I really wanted wings but was so disappointed with the food I didn't even eat the boneless wings and one of the eggrolls. I even reached out to call the restaraunt and waited on hold for the call to be disconnected to to technical issues. Very horrible experience.

Usually don't post negative reviews, I work with the public and know how much of an impact these can have. This chilies normally is pretty decent. However service was absolutely terrible tonight. Had to send an orderback due it having ingredients that I requested not to be added. ( no big deal, it happens) however after this our waiter ignored us for the next 25 mins. He waited a table on each side to where we were seated. Without saying word to us, with empty drinks. This had to be intentional.

Wow best chilis I’ve ever been to…the bathrooms and restaurant super clean!!! Brianna was our server she was super nice and attentive and the manager also came around and he had great energy when he made sure our food and drinks were good!!! I had the triple dipper with southwestern egg rolls, honey chipotle chicken crispers, and burger sliders. I also had the presidente mango margarita…the food was hot and fresh and my margarita was amazing!!!!!

The food was just ok. The server was very busy with several tables, so I believe our food sat for awhile after it was ready. My fajitas were luke warm and my wife complained that her sandwich was cool as well. They need more help.

The staff is very friendly, but sometimes they are not paying attention to detail/customization when ordering online. They see an order for a meal and make it the standard way instead of reading customization request. If you call, they may or may not answer.
