The staff is very friendly, but sometimes they are not paying attention to detail/customization when ordering online. They see an order for a meal and make it the standard way instead of reading customization request. If you call, they may or may not answer.
We went as a party of 4 for lunch. Two of us were using canes and another on crutches. From the moment we hobbled in, we were well treated, with the extremely friendly hostess looking to seat us in an accommodating fashion. The food was delicious and served promptly. Our waitress was friendly.I would definitely return to this Chili's. They have it going on here!

The food was just ok. The server was very busy with several tables, so I believe our food sat for awhile after it was ready. My fajitas were luke warm and my wife complained that her sandwich was cool as well. They need more help.
