“Wanted to try Crumbl but was always reserved because of the reviews I kept seeing; word of mouth & social media. Friendly staff & clean store while the biggest pro was actually the cookie itself! Pricing is a little high BUT when choosing the right cookie, it’s definitely worth it!“

“I had an awesome experience at Crumbl in Steele Creek! Angelina, Gallin, and Jaden all provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. The cookies were fresh, delicious, and looked amazing. It’s employees like Angelina, Gallin, and Jaden who make you want to keep coming back. Thanks for the great experience—I highly recommend this location!“

“This place is an absolute gem! Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or planning a casual meeting like we did, this place delivers every time. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for conversation, work, or simply relaxing with something sweet. Their selection of gelato is incredible — rich, creamy, and full of flavor (the Nutella Crunch and Coffee were standouts!). And their specialty drinks? A total surprise — unique, high-quality, and perfectly crafted. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire space had a great local charm that made it feel like more than just a dessert shop. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Charlotte looking to satisfy their sweet tooth or enjoy a laid-back, delightful outing. Highly recommend!“

“I loooooove PCF Indian Land! The staff is ahhhhhmazing and the apple cobbler with pralines is immaculate! If you have a sweet tooth and love cobbler this is the place for you! But… their banana pudding is also amazing! You’ll have some big decisions to make, but you love everything!“
