Always pleasant, always helping his staff out behind the counter (& did I mention this location cooks my salmon to perfection every single time?!?). There’s nothing grilled shrimp is sooo flavorful. No more substitutions for me again. It’s Gilberto’s location from here on out!!!“

“Where do I even begin?!?! I have had the Speckled Pear on my list for a year now (I live in Virginia) and I FINALLY got a chance to give it a try. First impression: 1000% worth traveling over state lines for. I got the privilege of attending Saturday brunch and Saturday dinner. Both experiences had their differences and similarities and have me counting down the days until I go back. The menus both times were filled with many options of delicious foods. I did a little bit of everything while I was there and the truth is there are no wrong choices with what they offer! Now for my favorite part of my visit(s): The owners came out while we were eating and when we finished to check on how our service was and introduce themselves/say hello again. I LOVE that they do this. It added such a personal touch to this Family-Owned dining experience both in the morning at brunch and in the evening at dinner. The Speckled Pear was so lovely, and I appreciate all the dedication these owners have poured into their craft. I look forward to returning in the future.“
