We have eaten here many times. It has been a while since our last visit, so we had company in town and decided to go back. Unfortunately the food was not as we remembered. Two in our party ordered steaks. One of us had a pasta dish, and one a chicken wrap. All of the food was cold when we received it. The pasta dish had very little taste. Our service was excellent but the menu at this location is very limited and seems to generally focus on a variety of chicken dishes. My husband and I were looking forward to crab cakes or a Rueben sandwich which appears on the other Red Rocks menu but they are not available at this location.
Usually we have a top notch dining experience here. This time our service wasn't as helpful. My order was messed up and the waitress didn't return to check on us, so I just ate it as it was. I didn't ask for my salmon to be blackened, so I scraped off the seasoning. We were just a little miffed that there was an extra charge for the unwanted blackening, but it wasn't worth waiting around to have our bill adjusted. Other than that, everything was great.
