We just ordered a couple of the new melts advertised on TV. Very disappointed at what their version of "loaded" with cheese, etc means. We got the meat lovers and parmesan chicken ranch which were heavy bread, a super thin layer of cheese, and auh smattering of ingredients inside. Not even remotely resembles the TV ads. Will not order ever again. Pitiful.
Don’t know why I continue to order from this particular Pizza Hut…I guess convenience? At least 75% of the time, they give me the wrong pizza. I’ve never worked at a Pizza Hut so I dunno but it is really that hard to make sure the customer gets the right pizza? Especially on a Sunday afternoon when there’s no one else in sight at the restaurant. 08/23/26 @ 16:15.
Loved it. Great food, service and staff. The freeloaders (🤣) i feed from there really enjoyed it. Will most definitely return.
