Just went through the drive thru. This lovely lady Kayla waited on us. She remembered us from yesterday! As of this post they are having a 4 for $10 sale on the regular roast beef Sammie. I didn't expect much meat on them at that price. But it was slap full of meat like the old days. I also got a strawberry lemonade and it is THE BEST. Even if you are not hungry you should go by just to say hi to Kayla. She is a Ray of SUNSHINE. Everyone should be so lucky to work with someone so bubbly and uplifting. Kayla, if you see this post, show it to your entire management team. You deserve the maximum pay allowed for working the drive thru with a smile on your face and that positive, joyful, I can do anything attitude you have. Keep shining Kayla! You are awesome!

The food is old! Seems like they use leftovers from another Arby’s. I tried 5 times to get food from here because it is closer. But never ever again! You will be very disappointed.

Food was amazing. Stopped by after a long day of errands and had dinner with my kids. Had a roast beef gyro and chicken strips and everything was amazing and hot roast beef was nice and tender. Was only two employees working at the time and they got orders out quick and very nicely. Definitely will be coming back.

We stopped at Arby's on Lake Murray Blvd in Irmo today between dr appts. Classic cheddar sandwiches must have been sitting for quite a while. Meat was OLD and a grey brown color with no taste whatsoever...don't know what that so-called cheese stuff was either. Very, very greasy and dripping with grease and a watery liquid...NASTY!! When hubby tried to eat his double meat sandwich...a greasy liquid poured out like ringing a mop. Bun was mushy wet. We just wrapped them back up and threw in the trashcan. The curly fries were OK. Employee that took our order acted like she didn't want to be there either. So we wasted about $25 and still had no lunch. I haven't eaten here in about 10 yrs...quite a drastic difference. SO, SO VERY DISAPPOINTED...does not even merit one star. Places like this should be closed down. Manager not doing their job! No more Arby's for us!!!

Very disapointed in this restaurant ill never do an order through doordash. How yall out of what I ordered. Yall should update the menu to reflect it so ppl wont order and loose out on money.
I ordered the BOGO free roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. I added jalapeños, red onion. I got 3 tiny slivers of red onion on one and barely any on the other. I couldn't imagine working in food service and doing such a poor job. I took pictures but apparently cannot add to this review. With the cost of ordering out you should get what you ordered and have it correct.

This was the worst Arby’s! Store was dirty, hair in two different sandwiches, no one had their hair pulled or secured. Fries were cold, like they had been out awhile. Choose a different Arbys, don’t go to this one!

The best Arby's in the Irmo/ St Andrews area by far... The night crew were great! From start to finish WE were the problem and THEY HANDLED IT BEAUTIFULLY. We placed an online order that was, 1. incorrect (in 1 way), 2. Forgetting something, and 3. There was a problem with the online order due to an Arby's app issue. And since it was 930ishpm when I ordered in the first place they could've handled it like many other places but Nooo they handled it amazingly. The cooks had our food ready impressingly fast (for like $70 of food), the manager was exceedingly quick to correct ALL the issues and even tried to talk to me about the issue with the app. Even though they can't fix Arby's app issues at all, she did fix our order. My sister and I we're very very grateful and like i said very impressed. This had definitely cemented my opinion on which Arby's to go to in the future. Thank you very much for Above & Beyond amazing Service from the night shift (last night 3/16/2025 @ 930ishpm)- From Jami & Amy
