Got a reuben but they didn't have any sauerkraut but that's not the bad part. I asked for a little more thousand island dressing since they didn't have the sauerkraut and they doused it on there to where the wrapper was covered in it and the sandwich bread was soaked in it. I went through the the drive thru again to bring it to their attention and they said well you said you wanted extra. Thats not the type of response you should give to poor service. Also the people taking my order automatically having an attitude when I go to order is unsettling.

Had an online pick-up and my fries and potato cakes were cold. I had to go back in and have them remade. The staff was helpful but the building was cold and they didnt have the heat lamps on over the fry station.

Why does places even open blows my mind. I love Arby's. But more than once I have sat in the Drive-Thru and nobody will even speak to you. Go to the window and they look at you like you're stupid. And there's nobody customers in the store plenty of employees but nobody wants to work.
Amazing dinner tonight with my kids! Food was fantastic and all employees were amazing. Both my kids were looking for the last missing piece to have collected from the kids meal toys and the managers went and found it for them! Made the kids night!

I went through the drive through on 9/5/2025 at lunchtime. I waited for 5 mins and finally just said hello at the blank screen. The screen looked like it was broken to be honest. Next thing I know , I get a bunch of attitude from the person working the drive thru. She wasn't pleasant. Just because I said Hello to see if someone knew I was there? The drive thru wasn't busy. There was only one car at the window. I guess they can't handle or aren't used to multiple customers. Horrible customer service. I think her name was Shine or something like that. She closed the window so fast I couldn't get a good look at her name tag and of course I didn't get a receipt.
