I’m the only car at 5:30. AI prompt asks what I want. I respond. A person comes on and says, hold please. Sure….a minute or so. I place an order and ask for no sauce. Get meal. Cold fries…sandwich with sauce. These places are only busy on Sunday because nothing compares to the service or quality of Chick Fil A

Food was hot and tasted good. Shake was terrible. Wasn't even mixed properly. Inside was clean. Tables and floor were very clean. Young man taking order was coughing and sneezing all over the place. Definitely not sure if I wanted to eat there however he didn't handle the food! Staff not too friendly

Just got a raw chicken sandwich. Is asked kindly if they can make another one. Probably came raw from the warehouse since I know a lot of their food is frozen. The lady that took my sandwich started laughing because she said to another employee how can you tell it’s raw when most of it is gone. Well, first of all, the raw part was toward then end of the sandwich and second. of all you didn’t even gave me the right chicken sandwich order but I decided to take because is don’t complain. People complain about Arby’s and I tried to give them a chance but please avoid this place!!! Only person inside , took 10 minutes to get the order, no sense of urgency and gave me the wrong order. This is why this place is slow!!!!

I ordered 3 chicken sliders at 9:15 pm. I was the only person in the drive thru and they said you have to wait 5 min is that okay? yes sure , I wait and my food comes out . He confirmed and charged me for 3 SLIDERS and I only receive 2 will not be going here again

Ok, so it’s a Friday night at 5pm. Pulling into the parking lot should have been a sign of things to come. There were only 2-3 cars. There were five of us in our group. As we started our order of the standard roast beef sandwiches, they told us they had no roast beef!!!! SAY WHAT!!!! They said it would be about a half or or 45 minute wait. Uh no. Someone has one job to do and can’t do it. The manager of this facility shouldn’t updated be fired for not doing their job, especially on a Friday night and dinner time.

Needless to say we left and will not be back. Cross this off your list.

My son and I decided to have Arby’s for lunch today, I’m so glad we chose the irmo/ballentine location. Everyone working in the drive thru and kitchen was SO nice and funny. The manager, didn’t get his name, was extremely pleasant.

This is the new Arby's in the Dutch Fork area. The place was spotless, the employees were cheerful & pleasant. My order was fixed correctly & timely.
