Ordered two meals from Bojangles through drive-through on 4/3, chicken was cold and dry, french fries were cold and soft, had no large cups, had no so-called legendary, sweet tea, no apologies. No nothing. People were rude. Will never come here again. How the hell do they not have sweet tea, or fresh food at 7 o’clock in the evening? Go to another Bojangles that aren’t inept at making fried chicken

This Bojangles somehow manages to fail on every level, every single time.

First off, they never have tomatoes, lettuce, or pickles. How does a place that sells sandwiches just… not stock basic toppings? My sandwich was plain, dry, and completely lifeless.

The chicken was way overcooked, tough, dry, and miserable to eat. The bread was burnt and hard, not toasted, not crispy—just straight-up charred. The whole thing tasted like it had been sitting around far too long.

And somehow, the service is just as bad as the food. They are painfully slow. I’ve made mobile orders multiple times, hours before arriving, and every single time I still had to wait 15–20 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead if nothing is actually ready? Standing there watching the clock tick after pre-ordering is beyond frustrating.

So let’s recap:

No tomatoes, lettuce, or pickles ❌

Overcooked chicken ❌

Burnt, rock-hard bread ❌

Extremely slow service ❌

Mobile orders ignored ❌

This wasn’t just a bad visit...it’s a pattern. One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be back unless something seriously changes.

I want to share my excellent experience with Precious, the Night Supervisor at Bojangles. Precious was incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive to every customer who walked in. She made sure we had a great experience from the moment we arrived in the drive-thru, and her friendly personality truly stood out.

Precious was open to any feedback we offered and handled everything with professionalism and a big, welcoming smile. She is clearly a people person who genuinely cares about both the business and the customers she serves.

She is a true asset to Bojangles, and I can easily see her moving up the ladder within the company. Because of her great customer service, this is definitely a place I would refer anyone to visit. Thank you, Precious, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Every time I visit this location, something is always missing from my order. Today, I was the only car in the drive-thru, yet my biscuit was left out of the combo, I didn’t receive a straw for my drink, and when ordering a 3-piece tender combo, I only received two pieces. This has been a repeated issue, and the customer service has not improved despite the excuses given. I hope that on my next visit my order will finally be accurate, but at this point the experience has consistently been disappointing.

ABSOLUTELY the slowest fast food service I’ve ever experienced. This Bo is NOT going to make it. Close it and cut your losses.
Or maybe hire a shift manager who can light a fire under their workers’ butts.

I went in expecting good food and decent service, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. The customer service was completely unprofessional — the staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they didn’t care at all. My order took a long time, and when it finally came out, it was cold and missing items.

When I tried to address the issue calmly, I was met with attitude instead of an apology or any effort to fix the problem. That’s not how you treat paying customers.

I’ve always liked Bojangles, but after today’s experience at the Irmo location, I honestly don’t see myself going back. It’s sad to see how far the service has gone downhill.

This has to be the worst Bojangles around their slow and you’ll be lucky if they get it right 1/10 times no one cares their favorite thing to say is “I don’t know I just work here” it took a good 20-25 mins to get my curbside order after they said it would be ready at 6:33.
At this point they should just close the whole location it’s been like this for year with no sign of getting any better

We had a catering order put through for a work event. The order was correct and packaged very nicely. The staff were quick to help me and ensure my order was correct, as well as making sure I had all the utensils, cream and sugar, and anything else that we needed. Everything was hot and fresh. Our staff enjoyed the breakfast!

Bo Time in the Carolina’s, does it get any better? Their Cajun Filet biscuit & bo rounds will get your day off right. The chicken always has the right crisp and amount of spice. Their Cajun pintos are the perfect side too.
