Went to pick up to go order. Three employees, one being a manager could not find the order. After grilling me about the order they finally looked at printer and there it was. So now I have to wait due to they only cook the Cajun chicken when ordered. Do we wait and wait. Chicken is done. Finally you think you’re going to get your order, but wait no fries, now we have to wait on fries. Mind you there is no one in restaurant or drive thru. 18 minutes later we get our order. The whole time the Manager was rude saying it takes time to cook the chicken and then with the fries I get it only takes a minute. Keep in mind it was pre ordered and they had the time the chicken was cooking to insure they had the rest of the order ready. They even had to get French fry containers from the back once fries were cooked.
No I’m so sorry for this happening, just arrogance. This manager has no business being a manger she did horrible job representing Bojangles customer service. I will never visit this location as long as they continue to have such rude behavior and bad service. By the way chicken was cold in middle and long black hair was included. Why do they not have hair nets on?
Worthless, I don’t know if it’s a requirement to be stupid or not but the employees there today certainly were. About 2 months out of the year service gets better and then it goes right back to what it was today.
Just tried their new breakfast bowl, been wanting to try it for quite awhile, finally got it, opened the bowl and was truley disappointed. The quantity was so small, the bowl was only about 1/4 full. The taste was good, but I suggest you save your money and purchase something else.
There was hair in the chicken sandwich and the bag. idk how to send a picture but it made me feel unsafe to eat my food. there needs to be better maintenance
We stopped in for breakfast at 8:00 am the bathrooms were so nasty we couldn’t eat there. My husband said the men’s was so dirty a backwoods garage would be cleaner the shorter urinal was overflowing and wouldn’t flush. The women’s floor had weeks of dirt on it and dried pieces of toilet paper on the walls. They didn’t have a General Manager listed on the door so I can’t say who is responsible for the filth.
Steam trays were empty and what was full looked unappetizing.
Very long wait between each car in the Drive-Thru. I am sure this is due to lack of employee participation.
Changing my review.
Used to be faster now it seems whenever I order, no matter the time or day I have to wait for an unreasonabe long amount of time (10-15 mins), even if the purchase was made through the app in advance. I hope for improvement as this is the closest Bojangles to me.
Edit: the wait has only gotten worse.
Love Bojangles we get it on every road trip to North Carolina and it keeps us alive
Food was good but the staff is horribly rude and unhelpful. The robot drive through ordering system doesn't work right and got my order wrong without verification. I will never visit this location again...ever
I just left the drive thru about 15 minutes ago !!! The young man taking three payments didn't say ANYTHING !!! No CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The food was HOT(first time, EVER). I ordered 2 bo berry biscuits(we don't have any heat shaped biscuits)and 3 piece meal. RECEIVED 2 pieces of chicken.Called 2 times, because I was home... the phone would ring, ring, ring... No Answer !!!
This why I PREFER the Bojangles in West Columbia(across from Lexington Medical Center) my food is ALWAYS HOT, Staff is FRIENDLY, and my order HAS NEVER BEEN WRONG !!!

Fast and friendly
I just came through the drive thru not too long ago and ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal and another egg and cheese biscuit just to find a Cajun biscuit in my bag.
I came for the new rice. bowl, and I was not disappointed it was Delicious.

Ordered 2 chicken rice bowls at the drive thru. Waited 10 to 15 minutes in line, once I got to the window, the manager told the cashier that they were out of the rice bowls with no apologies. I had to go to the Harbison location. With this Broad River store, make sure to ask before ordering.
