While our breakfast was great, this review is focused on the new automated ordering system. This Alexa or Siri like voice spoke clearly, was able to understand my order (I have a foreign accent) and handled my questions with no problems. I hate to say this, but it was a better cx than most human attendants. Great job Bojangles!

Changing my review.
Used to be faster now it seems whenever I order, no matter the time or day I have to wait for an unreasonabe long amount of time (10-15 mins), even if the purchase was made through the app in advance. I hope for improvement as this is the closest Bojangles to me.
Edit: the wait has only gotten worse.

Food was hot & fresh! Customer service was good. They are trying a automated order taker that wasn't the best experience but that's the direction the world is moving in..Overall I like coming to this location
