Placed order at drive thru. Person at windiw repeated order three times. Didn't get what I ordered when I looked in bag. Biscuits weren't even done However I called spoke to a manager who was nice and replaced my order which was very good

Used to be faster now it seems whenever I order, no matter the time or day I have to wait for an unreasonabe long amount of time (10-15 mins), even if the purchase was made through the app in advance. I hope for improvement as this is the closest Bojangles to me.
Edit: the wait has only gotten worse.
