The BEST bagels, hands down! The team at this location communicates well and will get your order out in good time. Further, there was quite a bit of seating room available within this location, and I noticed several people liked to sit and relax while eating breakfast here. Definitely recommend!

I came in 4 days last week. 2 this week. I got the maple French toast bagel I wanted 1 time out of those visits. This is disappointing. The one day I came in and y’all had it an employee told me he couldn’t make the Vermonter because he didn’t have the cream cheese for it. Yet at the counter they are selling that said cream cheese and the woman behind me got a Vermonter with the correct cream cheese made by another employee. It’s your best bagel and it’s selling like hot cakes please make more it’s the only one I will buy now. I’ll just go somewhere else everytime you are out from now on.
I would like to say something bad about this, but I just cannot. Even though I'm extremely upset that the one in Lexington was taken away, it's worth the drive all the way up to Irmo from Lexington, just to have that wonderful salt bangle with ham and cheese. There's so many varieties of bangles , numerous options for what you can put in it, and your staff is always so pleasant and so eager to make sure that my meal is exactly what I wanted.

I don’t go to Bruegger’s often because im ALWAYS in Dunkin lol . My third time going to Bruegger’s and first and foremost the customer service is great. As soon as I went to the counter , I was greeted and I was given an estimated wait time for my food to be ready. I feel it’s very affordable, you can have breakfast here for less than $20 ! These are quality bagels and FRESH. I ordered a French toast bagel , with bacon , egg and cheese on it . All I can say is 10/10 & it tasted like HEAVEN. It was so so so so good . Highly recommend. It took about 12 minutes , I went early in the morning and they are a very busy location. The lady did apologize for the wait , friendly and professional. Thank you !! I will be back. The hashbrowns are from Dunkin next door lol.
