Service was fine OTHER than the fact the employee manning the register automatically upgraded our meals to larges (without asking). That added up to a $4 up-charge. He continued to do the same for the following customers. That is stealing and it is wrong. We will not return.

thi is the worst burger king in columbia if not the state. always short of employees and no management for those who are working. qwt there kast friday young employee was standing with the door open talking to friends outside. finally stepped aside and said that if i wanted to order to use the app, she was busy.at the drive in they take your order,then when you pull to the window they take your money and then tell you to pull around front and they will bring it out to you. food is not great but service isworst i.ve seen anywhere

Went in this location was asked to pull forward then lady behind me starting blowing horn so I pulled around front waited another 10 minutes so I went inside rude cashier said my food had been given out. I asked for a refund she stated she could not do that I told her I couldn't wait another 20 minutes for her to remake. Will never be back this location needs to shut down.

the food quality was awful. the fries tasted like theyve been sitting for awhile. they messed up my order twice. i was supposed to get a whopper with no tomato and no mayo. first time, they gave me a whopper jr. the second time, they gave me a whopper with mayo. i also ordered the fiery chicken sandwich. it was so disgusting, i barely had 2 bites. i tried calling the store when i got home, but was met with a nonworking phone line. overall, i would NEVER go back to this burger king ever again.

I went to this location today around 140 pm. I get to the drive thru. I ordered my food which was 1 double cheeseburger. After placing my order the employee tells me I have to come inside due to short of staff. I pull around to park and I see that an employee is bringing out food to a car that ordered in front of me. I asked the employee why could that person place an order through the drive thru but I couldnāt ? she stated āI wasnāt the one who told you that, my GM told you that. I am very disappointed in the services today.

Let me start off by saying i signed into my Google account just to make this review which is something I never do. The facility isnāt the cleanest with sticky floors and dirty hand rails. The service is horrible slow response times,no greetings and very unprofessional employees with getting a response ā a whoā when telling the employee what you would like. This facility needs to be evaluated and new management needs to be put in place to properly train these employees.

Twice Iāve been here and both times service was horrible. 1st time the drive through was closed bc lack of workers. We went inside to order and they still told us it would be a wait before we could even order. 2nd time June 2025 we ordered from the drive through and had to wait 10 mins before receiving food or drinkā¦and it was only two cars ahead of me!!! itās entirely too slow!
