I actually love Carolina wings but I had a new server the other day, I think her name was Delaney. And it is was not the typical service I usually get from there. She was VERY rude. And I’m not trying to be ugly but she did not smell pleasant to were it was very noticeable, I feel in a restaurant environment this is unacceptable. And on-top of her being rude to me and my daughter, my daughter’s boyfriend was with us, and she was very nice to him and even put on a napkin her number and name and handed it to him. Its was blatantly obvious that he was my daughters boyfriend seeing that they were holding hands and shared a kiss. She seemed like she was in highschool and I’m sure she is just an immature kid but she definitely needs a talking to. This is just widely inappropriate and I would hope y’all wouldn’t put up with this in your restaurant.

I ordered take out. The girl on the phone was so nice and helpful. My food wasn't ready when I arrived (I was a little early), but I talked to the girls at the take out counter. They were so sweet!! This is my first time and I will definitely be back because of the customer service!!!

Everything they have is all fried foods nothing if you're staying away from high calories you can get a salad but if you want chicken on it it has to be fried chicken pretty disappointed without any other options than fried food even the wings are fried have no desire to go back

Third time I’ve come here ordering boneless wings with the order on my receipt showing the same thing yet when I get home I’m always given bone in wings which I did not order. Really is annoying when you spend so much money to be given the wrong stuff constantly honestly makes me never want to come here again with the kitchen never getting the simplest of orders right.

The service has gone down hill The last few months. We sit in the bar area and we don’t have a waitress. This has happened so many times over the last several months. It seems the bartender is serving us and she misses when we are out of drinks etc. we wait forever for our checks.

Although the name of this place says Wings and Ribs, I want to share with you a hidden gem. Last night I ordered the Catfish Fingers appetizer and OMG, they were amazing! I don't know if it was the batter or a seasoning but they were incredible. Even my wife, who normally doesn't like fish was stealing them off my plate. Next time we go there, I think I might get them as my entree!!

The decor of the restaurant was very welcoming. We got seated almost right away. The sandwich was great and the wings were great as well. The server was very nice and respectful. The restaurant was very lively with an upbeat mood. My only complaint with the service is that my drink wasn’t refilled (hence the 4 star rating for service instead of 5). The food came out very fast and the prices were very affordable. I got 2 orders of wings, the grilled chicken wrap, and the Carolina Dip for only $60. The wings weren’t that hot when I got them though. Which is my only complaint about the food.
Overall I’d definitely try this place again for the other options on the very diverse menu.
🐔Service was fast and staff was nice. I got my food quickly however the wings I ordered weren’t very hot at all. The chicken wrap I got was fine and if I were to come here again I’d definitely want to try the other options like the ribs. ⭐️My only complaint is that I got a water but not a single refill. 💫It was pretty spacious considering that it was a shared building, and overall good atmosphere.

Wife and I walked in we were ignored. As we stood there someone finally came to ask us if we needed help. We asked for a table of two. There were empty tables galore. They tried to put us in the back across from two gentleman that were deep in drink. When I asked why we couldn’t sit in the open tables or booths. We were told that save them for large parties it was almost 8pm mind you and little to no traffic. Instead of arguing, my wife and I left. I’m not going to be treated like trash then give them my money. I’ll Never return again. I guess I need to stay out of the irmo area.
