For a counter line style eatery (Chipotle, five guys, subway) style service, the food is pretty good. Definitely some great flavors. Service was good. Its also a clean spot to chill and eat.

Food was amazing however, woman who was working, white maybe mid-late 30s, was the rudest customer service person I’ve ever been in contact with. The other two girls working were nice and helpful but the one woman snapped at every member of my 4 person group and rolled her eyes and stormed away from the next group

Dinner at CAVA was absolutely delicious! 😋 I ordered the chicken with brown rice and veggies, topped with their tzatziki sauce, so flavorful and fresh! The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting‼️

Went to the lake Murray location tonight for dinner. Arrived late, so we didn’t expect much, but had a very pleasant experience. Imara took care of us and made sure to restock and put fresh ingredients on our bowls. She was very polite and helpful with recommendations. Will definitely be back, and hope to see her again!

Absolute worst experience my wife and I have had in a long while. 5 people working behind the counter standing around while food was empty and 3 items we asked for the girl said “you’ll have to wait…I have to get more”. What are the other 4 people doing while the one makes the bowl. The whole place is dirty. Food prep area is dirty and most was empty. Now let’s discuss attitude. If I could give a zero vs a 1 star on here I would. You can’t call our experience anything close to customer service. We asked for pita chips and never got them. Just gave up and walked out with what we had. The girl ringing us up just put it in the computer and walked away. I just put my card in, waited for it to say approved and left. Didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt, thanks for coming in, nothing. They obviously hate their job. If I do go back and the same people are working there I’ll know their standards are very low or they have zero management with zero customer service expectations. Save your money and go across the street to Moe’s. Much better food and experience. Cavalier?…Crap I say!!! Absolutely terrible and simply inexcusable!!!
this place actually had such good options of meats and veggies. the service was great and ashley was such a sweetheart!! she answered the questions i had and made me such a good bowl! love y’all’s food and staff <3
