We think everybody in high school should work for Chick-fil-A to learn how treat people with respect. Yesterday Julianna was working the drive thru and went above and beyond. I’m old enough to not be web/internet literate. I couldn’t figure out how to order Stevie & Wilson’s Pup Cup. We were waiting in Mobile App line, yah that a hot minute to figure out, and I caught Julianna’s attention (she was monitoring both lines like a hawk). She cut through drive through line (maybe risking her life, but didn’t) and asked what I needed. I explained lack of Pup Cup on App. Julianna said she was on it and took off like a shot!!!!! She returned with our 2 Pup Cups. Julianna & Anna? Both took time to greet and pet our darling Angels Stevie & Wilson. Stevie & Wilson said that was part of their day up to that point and maybe forever.

Wonderful staff with a great attitude and mindset, such as most Chick-fil-A restaurants. Kept clean inside and out. Towards the end of our meal inside, staff was even walking around with a tray to offer mints and hand wipes. Always fast service no matter how long the line of customers ahead of you and their friendliness never fails, although they are continuously busy from open to close.They definitely surpass all other fast food chains.

This location had great service with very friendly and helpful staff. Several staff brought extra condiments and helped others clean up. There are also events like bingo and trivia night.
Probably one of the slowest chic fil A’s around. Not sure what has happened there lately but it has gotten very very slow.

I typically visit the Harbison location and haven't had any issues. Stopped by the Dutch Fork location yesterday for breakfast. Drive thru wait time was long, but not uncommon. I got to work and saw that half of my meal was missing. I called the store and left a message, asking if they could possibly just add the missing items to my CFA Account - no call back. no apology. no regard. Very disappointing.
