Ridiculously slow drive thru and extremely unorganized

Drive thru line is a hot mess. People driving around the line to cut in line and the workers don’t stop them. Waited for probably 15 mins from start to getting my food.

We traveled from Chapin to our grandmothers house that lives in Irmo. We stopped to get biscuits to eat together with our grandmother. The drive through line was long but moving quickly. As we got to the order taker she was not friendly but got our order in and we recievwd out food in fairly good time. However when we reached our grandmother we realized we didn’t get one of our biscuits so I gave my grandmother mine. So we came back the next week again to visit our grandmother and same thing quick drive through but not very friendly. We mentioned to the girl that brought us our order we didn’t get our Bisquit and said sorry there’s nothing we can do to help you. She stated I needed to come back within an hour if something is wrong with your order. She was rude and in a rush to get me out of the line. Instead of saying sorry she rushed me out and didn’t offer me anything but a to bad you should have come back soon as you realized you didn’t get your order right. Truly will never go back here again if one Bisquit is more important than a happy customer that was inconvenienced and paid for something they didn’t receive.

I was not very happy with my experience today my sandwich I asked for extra pickles and got only two pickles and they did not give me the toy for my son's kids meal. Normally my experience is great.

Horrible. Told me too pull around after sitting in the Mobile drive thru lane for 10 minutes just to sit for an additional 20 minutes and never receive my food. Unlike other locations that have a mobile order lane this one is oblivious to the concept of how to run one. Why add one if its the same speed if not slower to the other no mobile order lane.

I travel all over and a regular patron of this chick fil a. This location is by far the slowest and most inefficient location I’ve encountered. Even after implementing the new Mobile thru. I was told by staff that I could drive to their Harbison location if I was not satisfied.
